Hello! Me and my not-partner-in-crime are planning a thread and we need help with a few things

1. If a character brews or is in a process of brewing an unspecified potion that will never get finished or used, the action itself there only for narrative purposes, do they still have to have the ingredients on them and fill out the form?
2. Can a student interact with a ghost, and if so, how would that work?
3. In the IC rules there is one that forbids us from entering the staff rooms. Is there a way to break this rule, since we don't have OCC acess to the area?

Not to rush any monitors on this site, but I've been waiting for a long time until my pet was finally approved, how long does it usually take for it to be approved? This Thread!

You need to owl an admin (head of house, deputy or headmaster) to get this approved. Have you owled someone? If so, if they haven't done it in two weeks then please follow up with them/another admin.

1. No, this wouldn't be part of the potion system unless you want the potion. If you're just roleplaying brewing a potion (that is reasonable) then it is fine to just say you're practicing but you don't finish it / get to keep it etc. Please note that the potion has to be reasonable - like you wouldn't know a restricted potion or a 7th year one etc. But you only need to fill out the form + send the ingredients if you're making the potion to actually use.

2. Under Hogwarts NPCs, you can find how to interact with faceless NPCs (such as ghosts) here - viewtopic.php?t=16915&view=unread#p1066402

3. Staff rooms are OOC areas so they aren't really things. However, you could try and break into IC rooms such as a classroom or professor's office etc but please OOC should ask the specific professor/staff if they want to roleplay that.

Hello !! I'm on the waitlist to become a Seeker, and I was wondering if I could also be on the chaser waitlist (for quid)
I noticed there were less ppl waiting for that list, the seeker's second string is a second year so I'd have to wait for a long time before getting on the list
Can I also apply for chaser ?

@Elena Clark Yeah Lena you totally can, I know some other houses don't allow that but Ravenclaw does, I've seen quite a few people who apply for two or three positions at once, surely you can too
