in one of the balls - i think it was the last blossom ball - simon kincaid and haley rose both drank armorentia and fell in love with each other. add that to the fact that they were already dating and the obvious thing to do was to have vivian fletcher officiate their unofficial marriage xD

I figure where else can two lovesick kids go when they both were already obsessed with each other before, and then drank the love potion. Had to amp it up more.
