I'm sure there is somewhere but for a generic list of potions, the Encyclopedia Update page is probably a good point of reference

Now I have an avatar, and I would like to change it, but the problem is that the other one I want has a different shade of hair.
Is it possible to make the change, or should I re-index myself? I haven't been approved yet, but I've put in the request to be indexed. I haven't made any rp yet.
And one last thing, does anyone know of a website where you can convert a real person's avatar to a similar AI avatar?

I’m not sure about an AI website, but if you want your characters hair color to change, you could post a roleplay of Lissa going to a salon and getting it dyed, or dying it herself in a bathroom. I know once upon a time we had people in the school’s bathrooms who offered hairdye to students!

If you change avatar, getting different hair color, make sure you write it in appearance in your profile and in ency if you wrote hair color. If you decide to change hair color again, no matter another color or back to original, also make sure to add information about it in appearance and in rps you shall use the actual hair color you currently have.

With AI I can't answer.

Yes, you can just make sure to state that it is your first year ability.

Yes, although correct me if I'm wrong but you are part-veela so even in your first year you couldn't apply for any skills.
