If you mean the number of pages in a thread, that is just done by how many posts there are in a thread already, there isn't a manual way to do it.

1. Is there somewhere that I can see the sorting hat questions and the answers I provided, would really like to have a look at them. If not could this become available in the future?
2. My wand is suitable to those that are gifted in divination and legimancy, can I write into my role play that my character becomes gifted in these fields, including being taught legimancy at hogwarts???
3. In my backstory, I've written a story about Fay's journey at Hogwarts so far, this includes dialogue with family, friends and other characters (None of which are other people's characters on this site). Is this ok???
4. I've written in the backstory that an unknown student is firing spells at first years, Fay suspects Drake and Sophia are behind it (Again, not other people's character's on the site). But I was wondering if this is allowed???

As far as I know, there is no way to look that up. I'm assuming to keep the sorting a secret so no one games the system to choose their house.

While possibly gifted, she would still need to be taught by someone. Since she's only 11, Fay has quite a while before she needs to worry about that. Also, we will launch an Ability Registry at some point in the future, with details on this. For now, I would focus on other aspects of your character.

That should be OK. Keep in mind that some roles are already filled by actual players (head boy, professors, etc). Friends and family are fine.

If I recall, anyone under 18 has their magic tracked by the Ministry (someone can correct me on that). I would imagine the perpetrator would be found out pretty quickly by staff.

While solo adventures aren't against the rules, the purpose of this site is to collaborate with other players to create these backstories. We have areas where you can RP in the train, the lake, the sorting ceremony, etc. You could make new friends rather than having to make them up by yourself .

I've noticed that some RPs have a little box by them, that say General or PV or something. How do you do that?

You have to put [ ] around the word you want in the box.
So ‘Yeet Rpg’ will just show up normal
But ‘Yeet [Rpg]’ will show up with the ‘Rpg’ in the box
