No guide, you can make use of creative freedom hereShubhangi Kanjilal wrote: 6 Jul 2024, 08:18Ooo! Is there any guide for such passages to explore?Opeila Winters wrote: 6 Jul 2024, 07:42You absolutely are free to say that there are secret tunnels, Hogwarts is still full of mysteries after all (@Prat Pass, you might want to read this too). These will be pretty harmless and not lead you to a room full of deatheaters or cursed items but serve more as shortcuts.Shubhangi Kanjilal wrote: 6 Jul 2024, 04:37 Hello! I wish to know if it's possible to roam around and have any form of adventure in Hogwarts through solo RP. Are there any secret passage guidelines/ anything that I should follow while I curate a story for myself at Hogwarts? As it's difficult to stick along with friends {many abandon the threads} I wish to have a solo story, but don't know what timeline to follow. I can see there is a timeline in the dropdown list, but I have been told it ain't valid no more. Can someone please help me out? I wish to have an adventurous time here without unknowingly breaking any rules of the website.
What Prat is right about however is that you may not pick a plot that will make the staff look reckless. That means there aren't any monsters attacking you and Shubhangi can't get lost for days and claim it isn't noticed either.

FAQ — Questions
*raises hand* Hi! An odd question but I'll ask anyway, just out of curiosity...
How are spells and certain abilities in RPs determined whether they succeed or not, or is it merely just down to players' permission (either yourself or someone else) that grants a spell to be successful? - I understand it's different for duelling tournaments and such since there's a whole system for it but I wasn't sure if there were any special calculations required for just casual RPs and plot-specific scenarios for one's own character.
Hope that makes sense!

I think it depends upon how you and others in the rp wish to continue forward since these are mutual decisions that everyone involved is aware of and are ok with.Emily Shephard wrote: 6 Jul 2024, 14:51 *raises hand* Hi! An odd question but I'll ask anyway, just out of curiosity...

I have another question. Can someone do all of the following: Broom racing, dueling and playing Quidditch? Like in general. Cuz, I think we can chose to be only one officially{as in, Hogwarts teams for that}? I am clueless a little.
