Welcome to the community. We have a different sort of culture in a lot of ways. We developed a lot of systems that encourage cooperation as well as competition as a core part of our design. So while the bean-location sharing is not something -we- the staff started it was something that happened here that is somewhat reflective of our culture. We also do things like quidditch and broom racing, duelling, have frog card trading, mentorship programs, etc.
That said, some of the staff from the other site do keep in contact with me and honestly their work is wonderful also even if it takes me 20 minutes to figure out some of the words. My Quebec French is spoken only so seeing the words in writing is well... hard.
