Does anyone wanna be friends with Jester?

He has this vicious exploding wild magic (like Dumbledor's sister, or a sorcerer if you play D&D) and he was kicked out of hogwarts when his wand exploded from the enormous amount of wild magic he forced it to channel. After about a year, he was transferred to Durmstrang.

The kicker? He is a little fluffy bunny of a guy. The sweetest person you'll ever meet, wouldn't willingly hurt anyone. Able to make friends with anyone at all, no matter how rude they are to him at first.

Yesterday, I started creating my NPC for when applications reopen. He's going to be a really outgoing, petite, pan boy.

They probably wouldn't allow Obscuri to go on inter-school stuff, and I'm pretty sure that race/ability isn't up for play anyway

I'm quite surprised a lot of people are planning. Most people i know on the disc already have iNPCs they can't make a new one but I forget some people aren't on the disc. *sweating*

I don't want to release to much on Berry but he is bi-sexual . I wanted to have a go at writing an LGBTQ+ character for once.

No the thing is Jester just has an insane amount of magical energy in him, and normal wands cannot properly allow him to channel it. He hasn't been abused or whatever. His biological parents are simply insanely powerful wizards, and the genes were passed down.

I don't know, that might work - but don't take my word for it lol, it might be that a school wouldn't let an unstable wizard go to another school representing them. Might be good to plan another as well, just in case?
It's a cool idea tho, and it'll be interesting for you to roleplay out if he gets approved!
