Honestly I do not know. We are making the assumption of graduation in a few days based on us doing an activity check a few days ago and not getting a notification that you're staying back. Granting two years based on faith that you will appropriately and completely fill out the form (and we have plenty that dont) is another thing entirely. We are very busy since it is the end of the year. I am 90% sure I brought this to the administration but I will ask them again.

Make sure the image itself also has a transparent background. Hey there! Does anyone know what I would have to do if I want my character to know a basic spell (e.g. wingardium leviosa) before they go to Hogwarts? Is it even possible? Thanks!

Not possible. If we're talking about prodigal abilities and writing the application for it, you're allowed to say that your character started reading up on it in preparation for school but they cannot attempt the higher level spells until they've been in at least one class.
