"Practice what exactly?" Wondered Siege, obviously still joking around. "Well, don't worry, I'm not hurt, though you're welcome to still think I am." Commented Siege, grinning at her. It seems that she didn't notice it...I'll say Serena from now on, see if Serena is right..."Sure, why not? I already got lectured once...Don't wanna get bothered once more..." Said Siege, the turning to walk towards a some-what empty space, and readied his wand. Again...do I have to wave it around?*Waves it a bit*Huh...Was there supposed to be special sparks coming out, or what? "So...ready?" Asked Siege, though looking back at the girl, she was looking at her feet, somewhat red from what he can see. Was she really that embarrassed? This might be fun*Siege smiles at her, a friendly gesture* So...Do I wave it this way?*Waves to the right*...Nothing. How about here?*Waves downwards* ...Drats. *Waves upwards*...Still...nothing...Wait! The key word! Expel...Expel-something!*Says what he thought it was*...Well that's not it...It must be Expeliartius! Let's try it shall we?*Tries the word, while making some weird waves on the air* I'm really not cut out for this...Maybe it's Expelliarmus? Sounds legit and right...I guess I could try it..."Expelliarmus!"...Nothing...Maybe if I wave it in circles? "Expelliarmus!" Siege would try to call out, only to recieve a small spark at the edge of his wand. ...Well that's a start...

"Oh er- practice the spell?" She replied, completely innocently. Had Serena been a little less embarrassed right now, she might have noticed the fact he was joking and that grin on his face. However, she was blushing so much that all she could feel right now was like an idiot and she couldn't even look at him properly right now. Man, she was too innocent to stay in his company but perhaps that's exactly why she should be here.
The young girl breathed a sigh of relief as he accepted and agreed to partner up with her. She didn't realise but she had been holding her breath in anticipation, worried about his answer. She smiled feebly and nodded, still not looking at him properly. Siege asked her if she was ready and she replied with a nod, "Mhm, yeah." but in all honesty, she was still super embarrassed and awkward. She was being incoherent and barely getting her words out in sentences.
Serena was glad that he choose to start, it gave her a few minutes to calm down and actually look up to see him waving his wand around. She smiled as she saw a small spark on the end of his wand, "That looked right..." She said quietly, but it was probably still loud enough for him to hear. Seeing him succeed made her happy, she liked it when other people were doing well and were happy, "I think you've almost got it, do you want to try again?" She asked him, giving him the chance to do it again before she tried. These vital minutes were giving her little heart the chance to calm itself down. There was no way she was going to be able to do any spells if she couldn't even get the word "Expelliarmus" out without stuttering. Luckily, the more time he spent practicing, the calmer her heartbeat got.

RPG:
"Jesus, don't be so nervous." Said Siege, smiling at her, giving her the same troublesome smile he always has. "Drats! I've been trying it over and over again, and I still can't move past this small spark! I'm really not cut out for this am I?" Commented Siege, a bit bored, though by the looks had no intention on giving up. Hmn...What to do now? I'm getting pretty bored...maybe have some more fun with the girl?...How can I do that...Nah, might be a drag...*Tries to do another expelliarmus spell* Drats! Same result! "You good?" Asked Siege, walking to Serena, and put his hand on her shoulder. She hasn't moved for a while now, she's just there, occasionally looking up, but would return to looking downwards. Maybe she's got like a stomach ache or something? Maybe? She offered on comment of 'I think you've almost got it, do you want to try again?', then has been silent after that...Wait...was that an inside joke?...Nah she's too innocent for that...I don't know...but it's best to see what's up. "Hey, you okay?" Asked Siege once more, seeing as his previous question was when he was quite a distance away from her.

"Oh- sorry-" Serena mumbled as she heard him tell her off for being so nervous. He was totally right, she was just being crazy and he... well just look at him, he was still smiling the same troublesome smile he always sported on his face. The young girl frowned a little at his words, unsure of how to help him get it right. "A small spark is better than no spark though, right?" She said lightly, trying to cheer him up a little.
Serena started to feel a little calmer and less nervous, as she turned her head to watch a few other students wave their wand. She watched people trying to find one who was doing it correctly. Her theory was that she might be able to spot what Siege was doing wrong if she knew the correct way of doing it. Finding someone who succeeded, she watched carefully. Her nerves had almost entirely gone. In fact, she was concentrating so hard that she didn't even realise Siege was right next to her. She missed his movements but currently felt some pressure on her shoulder and a voice that sounded much too close to her.
Snapping out of thought, she jumped a little whilst turning her head quickly - almost hitting him in the face with her wand. She managed to swerve the wand out of the projection of his face at the last minute and pull it away from him, "Yes! Sorry! I'm fine, I-" She started replying to his question, actually being coherent until she glanced to her shoulder and saw his hand on it. Yes, you guessed it. That blush was about to come back... Her eyes widened slightly, "Oh er urm-" She started mumbling under her breathe.
Without thinking about it, she lifted her wand, swished it, "Expelliarmus!". A large spark flew out of the tip of her Dragon Heartstring wand, aimed directly at Siege and his wand. Her body had reacted completely on its own, copying the movements and pronunciation that she had heard other people do.
[OOC: It's fine! I think we're in different timezones anyway haha]

Having developed muscle memory, Siege treated the wands as another weapon, Siege merely tried to block the spark, mistaking its course for himself. Obviously, instead of him it targeted the wand. During this time Siege's mind went almost completely blank. His wand flew off, but his fist darted in front of Serena, his consciousness, directing the blow up, so that he can't hit the girl. Instead of hitting her, a somewhat small, yet concentrated, wave of flames flew up from his hands, still leaving his right fist on fire. His eyes no longer looked of the bored, carefree, joker that people would see, it was the eyes of a hunter upon his prey. Calm down Siege, she didn't mean to do it...It was just a mistake... Siege would begin to think, to calm down, albeit slowly. That's never happened before...Or I've never seen it happen like that...I never thought flames would shoot out...Oh shit...My fist is still on fire...better put that out... Siege would lower his fist, once around three inches away from giving Serena a mean uppercut. He quickly put out the flames, although has hand seems to have only suffered minor burns, it still hurt a bit, seeing as Siege was not used to the pain at all...

Owen had been sitting in one of the desk while the teacher had been talking. After getting distracted by some of the more interesting things his Defense Against the Dark Arts textbook had to offer, he had missed the teachers instructions to start practicing spells. Closing the book and getting up hurriedly in the hopes that the teacher hadn't noticed his lack of attention, he looked around trying to decipher what the class was supposed to be doing. Hearing various cries of "Expelliarmus" from across the room and sparks flying with varying degrees of success he drew his own chestnut wand from his side. Nothing again that most people had already gotten in pairs he looked in around in the hopes that someone was still without a partner. Owen sighed in relief as he noticed a girl with purple hair seemingly practicing on her own for a bit, before she turned to ask for a partner. Deciding he may as well talk to someone, he approached Erin and gestured with the hand which was not holding onto his wand, "Unless you already have a partner I guess we'll be stuck together for
now."

Serena's heart was currently doing backflips, frontflips, cartwheels whilst running a marathon. It literally had never pounded so hard in her chest. She couldn't hear anything, she couldn't breathe, she couldn't see anyone except the ball of fire that had almost flown right into her face... Everything happened so fast that she didn't even realise that Siege's fist was the fire. Instinctively, she had managed to pull her face back as his fist came hurling towards her. She didn't realise she had moved but it had - and that extra few inches probably saved her a scar or two. However, if he had wanted to hit her, he most definitely could have at such a short range. If he hadn't turned his hand upwards at the last second, she was pretty sure she would have third degree burns all over whilst being punched in the face. Neither of which sounded pleasant in any shape or form.
Her heart raced what felt like a thousands beats per second. All she could hear was the pounding of her heart in her ears. But her brain couldn't even register the noise. It couldn't think about anything, except that fire that it had seen in front of her face. Serena stood there, not moving anymore than the few inches she had ducked back. Her eyes started to register what was going on. Apparently he had lowered his hand, which caught her attention. Wh- Fire! Her brain had just started to comprehend that his fist had been on fire when he put it out. ... Tha- That was his fist... Serena stood there, blinking for a few more moments as her brown eyes stared blankly at his fist. It started to sink in. That ball of fire wasn't a fireball, it was his fist. It was his fist that was about to punch her in the face.
She probably stood there in silence, without breathing for only a short period of time. But since her heart was going crazy, it felt like she had been there for ages. Her eyes fixed onto his hand, the one that almost hit her, the one that had fire all over it. Wait- burn marks- shi- he's- "Hurt! You're hurt! Shi- I'm so sorry," She couldn't even finish her thoughts before they started to spill out of her mouth as words. She didn't even realise she was talking at this point but she took his hand, again, gently this time as to not touch the burn marks. Frowning furiously, she tried to think of a healing spell but nothing came to mind and panic started to set in, "Sh- Sorry- You need to get this checked. I don't- I don't have anything to heal it- The Hospital Wing! We should go to the hospital wing!" She announced to him, in her panic. She could see the red marks turning into proper burns quickly. They must have hurt. Her face was full of worry and fear. She probably looked like she was going to cry for him.
Serena was so absorbed by the fact that the boy was in pain and looked hurt that she didn't even have time to get angry at him for trying to punch her in the first place!! She also didn't even realise that she had successfully pulled off the Expelliarmus spell on her first try, something that should have highly surprised her - and a matter to celebrate, if she wasn't about to cry!

"Nah, It's my fault, being so careless..." Said Siege, pulling out some bands and started wrapping it around his hand, he's done this before, at least his hand getting burned wasn't unusual, but it still hurt; It wasn't something he could just say, he was used to, and shrug the pain off. "Let's keep on practicing...That one was actually really good." Said Siege, wincing a bit, picking up his wand. Damn...Sorry dad, didn't mean to lose control...Especially against a girl...Ah, what a pain...especially since I promised him too...That's what; I don't even know what kind of difficult physical training I might have endure now... I really need to get a handle...Before I hurt anyone, and before I do to my self... "Are good? My bad, I didn't mean to punch ya...Just a reflex problem that I have." Said Siege, now regaining his carefree attitude, now acting as if nothing happened. "But anyways, hopefully ya can do it without getting into a nervous breakdown!" Teased Siege, although still noticing the panicked expression of the girl. "Don't worry, tis nothing, tis merely a flesh wound" Said Siege referencing the movie Monty Python and The Holy Grail. Siege would be holding the wand on his left hand this time.

Serena continued frowning at him as he wrapped his hand. Why does he have those on him- he's done this before... Wait, how did he- his hand was on fire! He didn't even have his wand- how did he- She paused for a few moments as she watched him, deep in thought before mustering up the courage to ask him some of these personal questions, "Hey-" stopping abruptly, she decided now was not the right time to ask it. Taking a breathe, she changed her question, "Hey, you sure you're okay? I'm really sorry."
Whilst she was curious if this had happened before, if he did it consciously or accidentally, how he did it in the first place... whilst she wanted to ask him all of these things, she decided that now - just moments after almost being scarred for life and when he was re-equipped with his wand... well, let's just say it probably wasn't the best time to ask it. Perhaps one day, if she saw him outside of class...
Biting her lip, she watched the boy pick up his wand. She could see the pain evidently on his face, which caused her to worry, "Siege, I'm really sorry... We can go get it checked out, I'm sure the professor will excuse us..." She tried to reason with him, wondering if it would be right to even continue when he was hurt. However, that was his call. Serena sighed and picked up her own wand, which she had dropped in a panic after seeing his injuries.
The boy reminded her about the punch and if she wasn't worried about his pain, she probably would have gotten mad. Instead, she just smiled and nodded, "It's okay, I caught you off guard," She replied, defending his actions and taking the blame onto herself - which is something she was great at doing, even when she shouldn't be, "It was my fault, sorry."
Serena sighed a breathe of relief as she noticed his laidback troublesome attitude return. He was back to teasing her so he couldn't have been too mad at her for it! She couldn't help but smirk and laugh a little at his words. "Hmm, I'll try to avoid the nervous breakdown if you try to avoid punching me, deal?" She teased back in response, "Quite a pair we are..." Nervous breakdowns and "Fire Fist" introductions are a great way to start any relationship! Clearly neither were doing well at this first impressions thing.
"Well I guess, if you're sure you want to do this then you should go first. The injured always get the priority." She joked lightly whilst giving him the option of going to the hospital wing instead if it hurt too much.
At least the whole experience has made her a lot less nervous!

"Stop blaming yourself, It's getting boring" Said Siege, already passed the event that had just transpired. Good thing she's not too mad. "Let's continue it once more..." Said Siege, holding up his wand with his left hand. "Expelliarmus!" Nothing appeared, Damn, I'm a righty...This is gonna be hard...but I might have to hold it with my right...Siege would transfer the wand to his bandaged right, and attempt to cast the spell, occasionally wincing in pain, but he gradually got more adept at calling the spell. "Expelliarmus" Siege would call out, and instead of the little spark he had, some accumulation of sparks reached out towards Serena's wand, though not quite reaching it. It's better than a fist-fight they said, it's better to learn they said...No matter what anyone thinks this boring...I'm done with this. Siege just puts away his wand and turned from Serena. "I think I've gotten the grasp of it, I'm going to relax for now." Said Siege before adding. "You could sit next to me if ya want" Coolly sitting down, and placing his feet on another chair. Ah, what a drag this thing is...Hopefully one day I can really learn how to do this thing without hurting myself...
