After Zephyr and Skylar's departure on Zephyr's broom to rescue Ryder out of the vines Rose looked at them flying away hoping they would be fine and could indeed save Ryder. From her perspective there was nothing much she could do but it was the last thing she would tolerate of herself. Staying watching and not acting. She was not considering herself as a brave person but when it was needed she knew how to behave. Ryder and others needed help so she had to participate in the rescuing as well. Overcoming her fear of height would be the biggest challenge actually however she had no other choices. With a touch of courage she decided to start climbing down the vines as fast as she could while remaining extra careful not to slip nor letting the vines grabbing her. Stepping down on the enemy -as it could be called their enemy right now were actually these huge vines and they were so little as human beings compared to it meaning they had to be even more vigilant- was rather risky and bold in a way. Rose was moving forward quickly and with a lot of attention to her surroundings and the vines. Being taken down by it was the last thing she wished for.

As Rose was keeping in her pace a blond green eyed girl was approaching her on a broom ready to offer her to get on it with her. Rose felt quite worried and scared at the idea of getting on a broom. It was something she was avoiding as much as she could. Nevertheless now according to the criticality of the situation she should put this thought aside and make an effort. Plus it would be much safer and quicker.

Rose took her courage and breathed in ready to answer the girl that appeared to be older than her when she felt something tickling her ankle before a strong grip held around it. She widened her eyes horrified and frightened as she was being dragged down. What she had been feared the most was happening. The vines had taken an hold on her.

Rose felt her stomach being upside down as anxiety and nervousness rose inside her. She was starting to panic but it was not what she wanted to. Rose wished she could reach her wand and cast a spell but it was pointless as the vines was taking on her arms as well. Desperately she looked at the girl calling for help when this latter cast a spell but it may have been a bit too far or the plant was so big it seemed as if the plant was almost not affected. Rose's eyes got teary from both pain and fear. She could only pray that someone would come and save her. As the other green eyed girl was flying towards her Rose heard a very familiar voice she was more than happy to hear. Her head snapped in the direction of the voice as she saw Zephyr flying towards her on his broom. She felt a bit worried as he seemed not to care much of the vines. Although he was on his broom he still should remain careful not to let the vines taking an hold of him or his broom. He held out his arm for her to grab it and pull her out.

Rose managed to extend her arm and to place her hand on Zephyr's arm. Hopefully that would work and she would be out of these strangling vines.
