Reason for Reapplication: Backstory change. Adding Akira Shimizu as Akane's second cousin. Akane's paternal grandfather is brothers with Akira Shimizu's paternal grandfather. The two families are based in different parts of Japan (Nara/Kyoto) due to their own specialties, Akane's side centralizing on craftsmanship and Akira's on business and commerce. Wizard transport technology makes the relationship easy to maintain despite the location gap.
