I am currently a member in the T/D Club (Amazing Rewards) this club's leader has not been active since February 23rd which is more than sixty days ago, but it is not on the list of clubs that are aloud to be taken over. Could I take over this club?

I haven't been able to get around to doing activity checks yet, that's why the club is not in the take over list. But since the leader is inactive (their account no longer exists on site), and you are an active member you may take over the club.

For paper trail, you can owl me about wishing to overtake the club, or you can state so in the club registry. I will then switch permissions to you.

I signed up to become a member in the Fashion Club but it seems to be inactive and the club's leader no longer has an account on the site. It says 'no user found'. Feb 1, 2021 was the last time she posted and now she no longer exists on the site. So I was wondering if I could take over the club?

It would still be considered an active club since people are signing up, but you can definitely take it over since the leader hasn't been active for over a month. Go ahead and shoot me an owl, or post a request in the registry so I have some paper trail of you taking the club over, then I will swap permissions for you.
