She had short brown hair with blue eyes. She lived with her father, Nicholas Realma, and six her siblings, Jason, Dylan, Ella, Michael, Michaela, Liam, Alyassa and Aiden Realma. She knew she was a witch from the day she was able to walk. No one ever told her, she just always felt it in her bones. Her father was a muggle and her mother, Madeline Realma, had died when she was five years old. She had died from a horrible hard disease, which she had always actually had, but had never gotten better, despite the treatment she took. Madeline had completely released herself from the magical w/o, she loved her muggle husband too much, but maybe, just maybe, if she had decided to go back, to her magical days, she would've survived; but then again,,she wouldnt have met her husband, she would never have children. Her father never talked about Madeline; every time Kayla tried to mention her, Nicholas would go mysteriously deaf and not talk until the subject was changed. But he was a good father, as a matter of fact, he was probably Kaylas closest friend. They would sit outside together in the evening and watch the stars, he would point them all out to her and Kayla, who only half listened, was painting him.
Kayla loved to paint, the way the textures changed, the smoothness of paint. She usually got frustrated or angry when her father wouldn't buy her a new notebook or canvas to paint on. But he couldn't always afford it. She enjoyed painting sceneries and make up characters from books she liked to read. Her father called her creative; her siblings, specifically Jason, called her boring. Another thing she was always loved was doing her hair. She got into cosplay from a young age. But she specifically liked dying her hair. She would by bottles of dye and colour her hair many different colours; ranging from a beautiful dark red to a blinding bright green. Her father was surprised when she got her Hogwarts letter, but he was happy - or atleast Kayla thought he was happy. She knew that he was thinking about Madeline. Kaylas siblings were amazing. Although not all of them were related to her. Liam, Alyassa and Aiden shared both her mother and father, but Aiden was, unfortunately, a squib, but he took it well, he deakt with it. Ella and Dylan were from an adoption agency that Mr Realma had found online, because he was looking to adopt. Jason was technically their cousin, but his parents had died; so Nicholas decided to adopt him. Jason was a sour sibling and didn't want anything to do with Kayla, Alyassa, Aiden and Liam. They never actually found out why; was he jealous, because they got to go to Hogwarts? Was it because he never received his letter, even though he really wanted it? Was it because he was non-magical? They didn't know. Michael and Michaela were also adopted. But those two were the soul to life. They were funny and never quiet. They talked way more then Kayla did, which is saying something because Kayla never stopped talking. Alyassa was really quiet, she had long black hair which reached her waist (She refused to cut it), she wasn't very energetic and prefered to spend her day sitting in her room, scribbling away in a story notebook; but Alyassa wasn't always cooped up, she was actually quite fit, and very strong, due to the kickboxing she attended three times a week during summer holidays. She was also magic, and was five years ahead of Kayla. Liam was a father figure. He cared a lot about his siblings (even Jason), he always made sure that they were safe and comfortable; none of them were ever afraid to say anything to Liam. But Liam never really talked about himself, because he had siblings to protect. Liam was a graduate from Hogwarts, however, he didn't have a job in the wizarding world, but he had a vault in gringotts, but he only used the money to buy school supplies, and occasionally, sweets.[/i][/size][/reducio]
