@Thomas Lestrange
@Aida Mòrsgor-Ama Ellwood -- Valentin
@Flash Holmwood -- Yefim
It was 16 Thomas, not 18...

That was not a concern for today, there was nothing to rot on the inside. Nothing good, nothing bad. It was just an empty space. She was cheering Ravenclaw on, not that she had any attachment to the house of eagles but she had an issue with Quinn and Reid. She had found tolerance in Howard, a diminishing animosity and an idle curiosity. They had a common experience and necessity bound them, it was likely he yearned for the opportunity to cross paths with another.

She would feel something graze her shoulder. A bit of hollow cardboard, she would not even see the useless receptacle as it rolled onto the floor. It was like a finger poking her in the shoulder. She would look in the direction of the tactile stimulation. It was one of the weirdos from that Russian... Scandinavian... she was a wizard, not a geologist. No, geometriticist. No, that geography thing. That school full of weird, weak boys.

Their greeting was loud and obnoxious. She was not sure why she was a stork. She would find the candy box, she had not brought one nor had she obtained candy. She did not trust the candy, it was likely poisoned. Good on them for surviving.

She would crumble the box in her hand into a wad and then chuck the box at Yefrim mistaking him for Valentin. Yes, she confused the albino for the non-Albino next to him. "Hello," she replied.

Thomas would address her, his words much like Valentin's, burdened with static in her head. It would take her a moment to compute. Making friends... "Sure, friends," Erin echoed but her words dripped with sarcasm. She did not have any of those. She was not entirely certain whatever it was between the duo she had exchanged blows with. She had sought allies, resources. She was truly a Slytherin. However, what she found merely confounded her.

“I meant to tell you, you know.”

She had no idea what he was talking about or if those words were intended for her. Their Seeker would eye the snitch and reach out for the golden enchanted device. Dammit she thought, she loathed the notion that Hufflepuff would win yet again. Undefeated last year, another victory to add to their acclaim. It was not envy that mustered her ire but rather the knowledge that most of them were dangerous, that activities such as this, and victories such as these fed the murder machine.

She was observing Thomas even if she was not facing him. "Tell me what?" What now? That she was not actually in Hogwarts. That Jack who was not Parce who was also not her boyfriend was in fact a hag in disguise. That he had introduced her brother to the crones. Did it really matter? No, not really. There was nothing she could do against overwhelming odds. Survival was merely a delay of the inevitable and she lacked a reason to fight.

Just a trick of the lighting they said...

Completely unable to enjoy the FARCE of a game, Yefim was pulled to attention by his soaked albino compatriot. He handed him the box as asked, turning around to watch him pelt somebody with it. Peering under his great hat through the sheets of rain, he could recognize the bright blonde of the girl he met on the shore. The one who punched him out and got his shoes soggy. PLAP-- as the cardboard donked off her shoulder she looked at them with mild annoyance, picking it up and chucking it at Yefim’s face. He had to admit, he was strangely glad to see her. So few of his victims actually fought back, and less so on repeated encounters. If he spoke English better, he might have realized she had been bemoaning the Hufflepuff captain as much as he was. Now, though, she had his attention.

Getting up, Yefim climbed up the seats, pushing any shrimps aside who got in his way. If they complained, they could stuff it, the game was putting him in a bad mood. Chocolate still staining the side of his mouth, Yefim held up the now soggy ball of cardboard and wiggled it around proudly as though he had found the snitch himself.

”You drop it.” He said, as unintelligible as always. ”Always look for trouble. I like that.”

Yefim wouldn’t be grossly smiling at the exquisite body builder for long, as the gasping of the crowd made him whip his head back to the field. Yes… YES… that stupid oaf was PLUMMETING. Ah… but… his excited jumping up and down hadn’t even had a chance to begin, as it seemed it hardly mattered at all. The gasps had been followed by cheers, as apparently the new Puffy Seeker had already grabbed the snitch. ALREADY? UUUUUUGHGHDHFJSsdfnfdslk.

[”This is garbage! That stupid giant threw the Seeker, he’s got no talent on his own!”] Yefim threw the wad indolently, also throwing the other half of his frog out on the field. He looked around for more trash to throw. ”Giant not belonging on sport field! Cheating! NO TALENT, NO TRAINING! MONSTER!”

Yefim pounded a fist into his hand, flexing the muscles that were itching for revenge. He wasn’t just going to let this annoying freak celebrate a happy win when he was around. After all, he was never able to find him at the ball, somehow. Must have been hiding, trembling in fear. Yefim’s now suddenly malicious expression turned back to the brawny babe by his side. Now, he spoke more slowly. For once, he cared about getting his message across.

”I am go kill that giant. If you do not stop me, you join me.” Of course he meant ‘us’, as Niffler was sure to be tagging along. He also meant a few other things too, his syntax needed work.

He wouldn’t wait for a response though, he was heading out. Time to go congratulate the ‘winners’.

Hm... Piper supporting Ravenclaw? He wondered why but decided he didn't care enough to ask. He listened intently as she began to list off the Hufflepuff players, apparently not understanding that he was asking more about their tactics and skill levels as opposed to their names. No matter, names could be useful when later discussing with some other... more friendly, Hogwarts students. Ravenclaw finally managed to make another goal with the quaffle, causing them to gain another ten points. "Ah, well it seems your Ravenclaw's have managed to make another score... Oh..." He trailed off as the Ravenclaw Keeper seemed to leave his post to attack the Hufflepuffs. "Now, now, now... that seems like a bit of foulplay... no?" he said with a sly smile, knowing full well that it was. "Appears they are getting desperate..." The Hufflepuff's used this to their advantage to score another two goals, and Florian giggled. "Perhaps not the best plan, what say you, Piper?" he continued his giggles, wondering how the girl would feel now that her team was simply letting goals in with no contest. It was then his eyes caught sight of the Hufflepuff player barreling toward a small object his arm extended. A few more moments passed... and... the Hufflepuff caught the snitch, ending the match.

Luckily for Piper in terms of conversation, but not for her team, it seemed the Hufflepuffs have a very keen seeker and he had managed to catch the snitch in what seemed to be only ten minutes of the match. Perhaps that was their key to winning, just a spectacular seeker. Florian had had enough of his and Piper's attempted chit chat; he had come to see the Hufflepuffs win and that's what had happened. He would certainly report to his brothers on their skillsets. "Well, Mademoiselle, it was... a pleasure." He said rather curtly yet with a smug smile, hoping to show clearly she was supporting the wrong team. He also decided he wouldn't wait for a response and he quickly turned on his heel, heading back to the safety of indoors. He was done being in the rain with someone so unpleasant, although he felt like he won this battle. If they ever met again, he wouldn't let her live this down.

"Time to return to the civilized folk..." he mumbled as he treaded his way back to the castle to the other Beauxbatons.

Needless to say, Ravenclaw did horribly. Piper had to cover her eyes at the bad performance, as well as the Hufflepuff's skill. She could begrudgingly give them that, but not in front of pretty boy, of course. Her hopes were lifted at Ravenclaw's first score, but quickly decreased during Hufflepuff's two subsequent scores. Come on, Ravenclaw... She was now completely ignoring Florian, on the edge of her seat. She had set her jaw. The Ravenclaw Keeper had completely abandoned his post and knocked a Hufflepuff player's silhouette off their broom. Her face went white. "Idiot." she muttered, miffed. She was vaguely aware of Florian making snide commentary throughout the match and held back a torrent of words. No, no, that would attract attention.

Ravenclaw would certainly have to catch up. Piper silently willed that the Hufflepuff Seeker would get lost in the rain or something. No such luck. In just ten minutes, the Hufflepuff Seeker had caught the Snitch, winning against Ravenclaw with a devastating 180 points. "Well, Mademoiselle, it was... a pleasure." Florian said smoothly, giving her a smug look. She wanted to slap that stupid face multiple times. She thought furiously of as many insults as she could, which, unfortunately....wasn't a lot. She couldn't come up with any witty retort, and by the time she looked up, Florian had turned on his heel and walked off, ruby-colored coat flashing.

Stupid, stupid French boy...she hoped to never see him again. "You...you have a stupid sense of fashion and your coat is the ugliest thing I've ever seen!" she yelled, desperate to have the last word. But he had gone, and her very clever insult was lost in the rain and wind. However, people did look at her, and this made her feel even more foolish.

Fighting tears, Piper left as quickly as she could, hiding deep beneath her drenched hood and taking the long way around to the castle to avoid any chance of running into Florian. She thought back over her actions. So much for dignified and staying unseen...she had made a complete fool of herself. What would her mother say? The thought of the pile of homework awaiting her in her dorm only added to her miserable feeling. She wondered what would have happened if she had just stayed in her dorm in the first place. Deep in thought and self-pity, Piper left the pitch far behind her, glad to feel as though she was walking away from the bad experience.
Piper has left the thread.

It might have been pouring the entire game but that did not dampen Serena's cheers or spirits. As loud as she could, she cheered for her housemates. They were her everything. It was certainly odd being on this side of the stadium but it was an interesting perspective. It gave her a chance to see the other team's tactics and strategies properly. To actually... watch the game, rather than simply looking out for the snitch or attempting to dodge every bludger the entire way through. "Oh! Thank you!" She suddenly exclaimed as she heard a friendly voice appear beside her, offering her space under her own umbrella, "That's so sweet of you, yes please," Serena continued, sporting the biggest grin on her face as she looked at Frost.

The voice of a familiar Durmstrang kid - the same one who broke his little leg in the hospital - searched her ears. Most of it was not something she understood. But his scream of 'Huffypuff sucks' and 'boo' was pretty clear. She narrowed her eyes at him. Disgusting. Months on and the sore loser was still a sore loser. Clearly Durmstrang lacked any sort of professional or sportsmanship like standards if they were still salty about it.

With Pizza in her palm, she cheered loudly for her team, "YES BADGERS! YOU GOT THIS!" before following it up with a quieter, "Come on Emrys, come on, you can do this..." More to herself since it was unlikely that he could actually hear her voice. She did not want to distract him from the very important task he had at hand.

Every time she heard someone snarl or say something rude, she got louder.

"YES AARON!" She screamed, fistpumping as the chaser scored beautifully. And again. And again!!! Serena was practically jumping up and down every time the quaffle went into the goal. Quickly looking at Ethen, the biggest smile crossed her face as she saw him gunning for it. "YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEESSSSSS!!! THEY DID IT!!! FROST, THEY DID IT!!!" Serena jumped so suddenly that Pizza also flew out of her hand. Cringing slightly, she quickly placed him back in her pocket so he was safe.

Her excitement was quickly replaced with anger. The burning passion turned into a raging fire. She gritted her teeth as it hit her and realisation quickly began to dawn on her.

Monster... That word. Again. He had said it before. In St Mungos. She had held Quinn in her arms - well... whatever she could manage to hold - as he sobbed because of that guy, that word. It was a word said because Quinn was a giant. Knowing now what she knew about her own lineage, she knew the same would be applied to her if the kid knew... She clutched her fists - luckily no longer holding the little rat - as she heard it. "Fuc-" She cursed under her breath, "Quinn..." She whispered. She had to do something. Serena looked at Frost, wondering if she heard it. The expression on the girl's face told her that they were thinking the same thing. Nodding, Serena went after the Durmstrang boy with her fellow badger.

She could not understand much of what Yefrim said, the weird foreigner boy was hanging out with Captain Anemia making noise. Her attention was on the game and on yet another victory for House Hufflepuff. Perhaps they would go a second year in a row undefeated. "Damn it!" Erin shouted towards the pitch as the Seeker reached out and grabbed the snitch, ending the game once again.

In heavily accented almost-English the Durmstrang youth would prattle on. Something about 'monsters' and 'killing' and of course 'giants.' One of the few times she might have agreed with him. Not that she was there to make friends with the useless youth but a 'friendly' warning took no time. "Have fun with that, he likes to break things." In her case, her hand. Unbeknownst to her, he had seen that monster's capacity. "So kill him at your own risk," it would serve as a form of community service.

She would push against the railings she had been leaning against to watch the game. Looks like she would not have to spend long with Thomas. Probably not a bad thing. She really did not want to stay anyways. She did not state anything in parting, they were not friends. She was not there for him.
