Field Day | Bottle Flip (but cool)
Oh, she loved these kids. Not in like, a weird way, of course, but they were just hilarious to watch. Ami clapped and cheered as the second years who didn't care too much about their dignity leapt into action, showing off their wackiest moves to try and earn the fourth year's favor. Luckily, Ami pretty much had three left feet when it came to dancing, so pretty much anything could impress her.
@Scarlett Aden readied her wand, crying out the incantation, before letting one rip without much attention. Unfortunately, her wand seemed to be frozen in awe of her dancing skills, and between that and her lack of concentration, the bottle didn't budge an inch. But still, Ami gave her a thumbs-up as she giggled at Scarlett's silly dance routine; she was really putting her all into the dancing, and she respected the hustle.
Of course, @Piérre Marchonné always went above and beyond, his dancing stunning and wildly strange, earning him a wolf whistle from Ami. This kid... yeah, he was definitely going somewhere. And, on top of that, he still managed to successfully land his bottle on his crate! Had this kid been raised in the circus, or something? Because there was no way that any normal kid would be able to pull off these types of stunts.
Finally, @Aurelia Roberts looked ready to, uh... twerk her way to victory? She wasn't twerking, was she? Maybe she was simply butt-wiggling, like a little bee... Whatever the case, it was quite adorable, earning her a bonus point on top of her properly earned point from her final bottle flip.
Clapping her hands together to call time, Ami made her way back to her school bag to retrieve the prizes. Glancing at the crates briefly, she first made her way over to Scarlett, handing her a tall stack of chocolate frog boxes tied together with string. "Congratulations on third place, m'lady!" she said, handing her a single galleon, as well. "And for you, Roberts," Ami added, turning to her Headliner colleague, "Some frogs and some coin for your second place!" Finally, turning to the wacky legend himself, Ami clapped Piérre on the shoulder, handing him the tall stack of chocolate frogs and the three galleons. "And a very well deserved first place for you, sir!"
Turning to the other contestants, Ami grinned graciously, shaking a box of Bertie Bott's Every Flavor Beans enticingly. "If any of y'all would like some jellybeans before you leave, don't be shy. Otherwise, you guys are free to go!"
