Reason why I re-apply: I fleshed out Opeila's family tree and added some scandalous drama, yay! Partly following up on my last re-application.
Additionally I have some future plans I'd like to have validated before playing them out.
Note: None of this is reflected in my ency yet. My ency is currently a heavy wip.Overview of Opeila's family tree- The edited/expanded parts are only the Seilun family and mainly the Ravensburgs and Blanchards.

ReducioBefore Tobias switched places with his twin brother, he had started his own family. Felicity is his wife, Garcia his first daughter, Venice and Roran the following twins and Ariadna the youngest. All of them are muggles, Opeila does not know of their existence.
The Ravensburgs and Blanchards

She is the sister of Maybell's father Leopold. When she was very young still, she was sent away to her aunt in France, Valèntina, to live with her and go to Beauxbatons like her own mother, Aléxandra. No one knew about Valèntina's shame then, she wasn't given much attention by her family, being an unmarried woman, a second born at that with no influence. So it was not hard for the woman to not tell anyone about her pregnancy. After Auline Blanchard was born, she would tell everyone that she was the orphan of a friend from Beauxbatons that she had agreed to take in- a pureblood friend of course. Otherwise Vianne would have never been allowed to go. Vianne and Auline being of similar age went to Beauxbatons together and grew very close. She also had a close relationship with her aunt, who handled things a lot less strictly than her parents and raised Vianne to question the expectations they were meant to fulfill as purebloods. It was no big surprise that Auline did not fulfill those expectations, but instead outed herself as lesbian to her mother and Vianne. Only when she married another girl from Beauxbatons, a halfblood, they couldn't hide any longer and Vianne's parents ordered her to come back home.
They cut off contact with Valèntina and her daughter and forbid Vianne to write to them.
They arranged a betrothal with one of Leopold's friends from Hogwarts, one that Vianne didn't agree with. She had turned to her brother Leopold for help but he refused, rather belittling his sister's wishes and telling her not to make such a deal out of it. So in one night, Vianne left Ravensburg Manor and fled the country. She went back to France and asked Auline and her wife Irri to take her in, who agreed. For a few months Vianne stayed with them until she could find a job and had enough money to afford an appartment of her own. It was nowhere as luxurious as Ravensburg Manor or Valèntina's house, but it was her place.
Only years later she would write to her parents, trying not to cut off her family entirely, but insisting on her position. She would receive a cold response and none ever again after that.
Only from her brother she would hear again, ironically it was a call for help. His wife had run away with his child and he couldn't find them. A request Vianne was too happy to ignore, she couldn't understand how her brother could send such a request to her, of all people, anyway.
She still lives in France.
Irri and Auline had adopted a child around Opeila's age (at 4 years old), Valerie. They live a happy life in France too and regularly meet up with Vianne, who is treated as Valerie's aunt.
Future Plans
ReducioOpeila being a third year seer can now have visions.
Currently she is convinced that Leopold killed her sister (This was a misunderstanding- approved in my former re-application), now she will have a strange dream during the winter holidays about Leopold finding out about Maybell's and Fioria's death- he is shocked and rather upset about it really. Opeila doesn't know then what Leopold looks like, but after she wakes up she goes through some books in Virtanen Manor and finds that he looks exactly the same as he had in her dream. For her this means that Leopold didn't kill Maybell and that he is not after her, so that she can stop hiding. She tries to tell Lord and Lady Virtanen, who don't really trust her judgement enough to give green light.
Opeila allows them to look at that memory and the Virtanens allow her to use their pensieve (I talked to Caradoc about this, legilimency was a no but he said that as a magical family they are allowed to own a pensieve). Lady Virtanen shows her how to use it and Opeila successfully manages to show them her dream.
The Virtanens believe her now, only Opeila had too high expectations. She wanted to go ahead and look for her father who is still on the run, but the Virtanens don't allow her to do so- he's a muggle, he won't help her or bring her forward in her life. Instead they bring the Ravensburgs into her life as well as her grandfather, Dorian Crane, to push her into the 'right' direction. It is their goal to make Opeila the heir of the Crane bloodline despite being a halfblood and as the Cranes are known for their rather predictable pattern of passing on the seer gene, they are sure that the 'flaw' of her blood status won't be problematic in terms of convenient marriage for example. Opeila secretly gets in touch with Vianne and the Blanchards, asking for help.

Clair's father. Paul died when she was eight. John's mother also died, Clair's mother met John's father, they fell in love and soon got married, making Clair's family change their last name to Fernandez, Clair and John are now step siblings.

Quick reminder here - if you're RPing character history or important personal plot points for your character then these things do have to be approved in the index before you RP it. Being in the index isn't enough - the actual content of things like why Aurelia left / why she's back / the whole 'runaway' incident / relatives or NPCs mentioned that have an impact on her (which, would now include Heinrich's disappearance and anything associated with Hadrian) ETC all HAS to be approved before you RP it.
I know some parts of your iNPC have been approved so mentioning the approved parts is fine. However, for the rest (i.e. being a "runaway", Heinrich's "incident" etc), I cannot really see it in your encyclopedia as most of it seems to be "coming soon". If it's not in there AND if it hasn't been fully approved, please don't RP it.
As such, can I ask that you add the content to your encyclopedia ASAP and then apply for index again as it does count as a major change? Please do not RP it until it's added + approved.

The journey of recovering from their heartbreak of the devastating loss of their first son took years. Unable to bear the pain, the Bezuidenhouts even went as far as altering their daughter's memories, wiping every single moment of Raphael Bezuidenhout from the little girl's mind. An action that would soon prove to be detrimental in the long run. But that was another story in itself ~
Nevertheless, after 6 years, both parents had came to their senses. With the short tragic incident buried and forgotten, the Bezuidenhouts, realising that they were without a legitimate heir, sought to obtain one, whatever it took. For a family as influential as they were, they were quite determined. Through the means of money and expenses, an extensive research on the family tree was done and it did not take long to trace a suitable individual. Hein was a 9 year old boy on a farm his first sign of magic already manifested a few months prior. He was the second youngest of a family of 1 other boy and 8 girls, far too many for the parents to provide for.
Seizing the opportunity, the Bezuidenhouts took the matters into their hands. Bringing the matter to court, the Bezuidenhouts promised to take care of Hein and the Hoefts were more than willing for the burden of one child to be heaved off their shoulders, especially given that he would have a significantly better life than they were able to provide for. Hein, renamed Heinrich and taking on the family name, then joined the Bezuidenhouts to pass on the legacy in the near future, just a little bit of conditioning was necessary of course.
For a little more than a year, he learnt to live like them, cultured and sophisticated. He also formed an attachment towards his new sister, Aurelia, even if the other was not very receptive to reciprocate his feelings of familial affections. When the time came, on the day of his 11th birthday, like every child capable of magic, he would receive one acceptance letter delivered to him in the beak of a snowy white owl. Together, with his sister, already far into her fourth year, they would embark onto the Hogwarts Express together.

Not everything kept within a fragile-labelled box was entirely friable. It was at times, a means to encourage careful handling, regardless, and respect of one's possessions or the simple underestimation of an object's hardiness or it was for a sense of reassurance to appease the subconsciousness. Her parents had the key to her freedom but Aurelia had a wand. For years she had played along, returning to the box before they'd raised even the tiniest suspicion of her whereabouts. Aurelia was getting restless, overwhelmed, emotionally fatigued. Climbing the ladder to reach the expectations set by her parents that was forever stuck to the roof was exhausting. For her beloved brother to transition into a kind of beast that might potentially by the cause of her demise, it frightened her terribly. That was her tipping point. With no one to confide in it was no wonder she fled.
It all started during the winter break with both Heinrich and Aurelia returning from Hogwarts. Unexpectedly, upon going on a short vacation with their parents without Aurelia, Heinrich had came upon a freak accident. This accident gave him a curse that he was to bear all his life. Lycantrophy. Despite that and Aurelia's pleas for Heinrich to remain home, their parents were adamant that they returned back to school together to start off the semester.
On the 5th of January, Aurelia reluctantly abided to her parents request to take Heinrich and herself to the Kingscross station of London. Having been there for 4 years, she knew her way well. However, Aurelia's apprehension got to her, for her to acknowledge what her brother was to become was too much for her to bear. So within the last few minutes, before the clock's hand struck on cue for the train to embark, Aurelia made a very impulsive decision. Before she could step foot onto the vehicle, she turned around, dragging her trunk along behind her. Hearing the sharp whistle of the train sound as it began chucking of into its journey.
Overwhelmed, Aurelia blindly followed crowds among crowds. She wasn't very tall either. She neither knew where she was going or what she was doing. Half past 10, she found herself on board one of the trains. Without a clue where she was going, all she knew was that she needed to get far away from any wizarding community. She needed some time to herself, even if this was not the most ideal way.

Vivian was born on January 3rd, 2009 in Cheltenham, England. On a cold night at 12:08 am, She was born to Amy Fletcher and Jacob Nightshade. Her mother Amy broke up with her boyfriend Jacob after coming to know that she wouldn’t be accepted into his family, even before she could know she was pregnant with his baby. Being grown up in an orphanage, her mother knew the pain of not having a family and she didn’t want him to suffer the same pain and left him leaving a note not to disturb her hoping he would start a new family, which he did. Believing her father was dead before her birth as that’s what one of the few details her mom had told her about Jacob, she would ask no more about him as her mother starts to feel sick and have hallucinations. Knowing how uncomfortable her mother is, Vivian controlled her urge to know more about her father and didn’t disturb her mother anymore. Raising Vivian as a single parent was not an easy task for her mother and in fact, she failed to be available to her daughter in many situations. After five years of Vivian birth, Amy earned more than enough money for herself and her daughter to have a comfortable life but she failed to provide mental support to her daughter. In the muggle world, Vivian mostly spends her time alone and have never made any friends. When looking at the happy children with their fathers, she would feel distressed and starts to cry, sometimes for no reason. The students there would tease and make fun of her for crying often but she has never complained about it to her mother assuming that she is too busy to listen to her. Tho she loved her mom a lot as she knows her mother was working so hard for her to lead a comfortable life, she couldn’t put up with the lonely life with a positive attitude. It still hurt her when her classmates made fun of her which made her cry even more and scared her to talk to anybody. Being grown up just like a muggle, Vivian was so shocked to know that her father is a wizard when her mother revealed it after receiving her Hogwarts letter and that was the time when she came to know her Father’s first name. Vivian doesn’t know anything about her father side family and all she believes is her father left his family for her mother and died before her birth and assumes his last name is Fletcher as she doesn’t know she got her last name from her mother. After leaving her boyfriend, Amy was mentally disturbed as she gets illusions of him but she avoided the thought of wanting to meet him again but still trying to come over it for her daughter. After two years of Vivian’s birth, her mother travelled a lot and worked in many places to distract herself from thinking about the past till she was 9 years. It was so tough for Vivian to adapt to new places and it was so difficult for her to make friends. Later, they settled in Manchester where her mother first lived before. Vivian’s mother didn’t approve of her attending Hogwarts as she thought it might be tough for her to survive in the wizarding world but Vivian insisted that she want to, she want to be somewhere else, at least that would help her to get away from her loneliness.
Nightshades:
ReducioThe Nightshade is an upper class, pureblood family who is well known in the society for their clothing and Jewellery Business which is passed from generation to generation, making it available for anyone in the family who has an interest in it but with the main authority in the hands of the heir or the heiress. They’re a long line of purebloods who seemed to remove anyone who’s a squib and who gets married to a non-pureblood. Just like many other pure-bloods, they are blood purists too and judge people based on their blood status and doesn’t care about how financially well-off if they’re purebloods, and thinks low of any other race. It was just a few decades ago, they moved to England for some unknown reasons. The firstborn child in the family inherits the manor regardless of their gender. Tho they are a family who knows well about many other kinds of clothes, they can only be seen in dress robes most of the time and follows the unsaid rule of wearing dark coloured but flashy, jewelled robes. It has been decades since a girl child was born in the family (excepting Vivian) and has been rumoured to be cursed. They are a little less disrespectful to half-bloods but not to the level of accepting them into the family. The Nightshade are blood-related to the Ironwoods (Cassandra Ironwoods) where the current generation’s great grandmothers (Vivian’s grandfather’s side) are siblings. And they’re also blood-related to Stavrou (Phaedra Stavrou) where the current generation’s grandmothers are siblings.
Got permission from @Phaedra Stavrou and @Cassandra Ironwoods to mention that their character’s family are related to the Nightshade (And also they both are not related to each other).

Reason why I re-apply: So, as it's coming up in one of the thread's I recently started, I wanted to talk about Scarlet being able to speak French - not fluently like a native speaker, but to a reasonably good degree. I checked in FAQ before this but still unsure because I've not mentioned that she could before and would like to add it to her history, though I've never said she couldn't speak it.
The reason that she can is that many of her family live in France and she would have often visited them there growing up for longer periods of time and so has been taught by them how to speak it whilst there. Obviously, not living there and thus not speaking it constantly means she is far from perfect in the language.
If she has visited them multiple times for longer period, she would have learnt a bit. As you said she would not be fluent, but a normal simple conversation will do.

Reason why I re-apply: Doing a re-write of Elena's history, didn't like how it's structured at the present moment so wanted to get prior approval before making any changes as well as adding in some family history all mentioned below
History Rewrite
ReducioHailing from the coast of the English Channel primarily the West Sussex region, Elena Jangleton is the youngest of two children born to Robhurst and Adrianna Jangleton. A relatively quiet child with a soft-spoke personality, she holds many things close to her core such as the state of her turbulent relationship with her parents. From a young age, the brunette was exposed to the iron grip and will of the household,a rigid and cold environment which she struggled to adapt to and the atmosphere here was furthen worsened due to her sorting into Gryffindor House. For a family made up of primarily Slytherin graduates, this was the worst sort of shame Elena could bring and only succeeded in worsening the gap between her and her parents.
At first, Hogwarts was not in her future as her parents sought to take a different route with her regarding the thought of Elena pursuing a magical education a lost cause at best as she had not yet displayed any promising signs of magic and did not hesitate at any passing second to remind her of this fact that the girl would not be the witch that she dreamt of in her dreams. This however failed to come to reality the day her brother was ordered to leave the estate and he was written off in her father's will. The argument that ensued between her parents and the girl on this particular matter resulted in a rather emotional verbal shouting match and in circumstances that no one can really explain, one of the candles near Elena levitated for a second before dropping down setting a small fire to the carpet.
She was much too young to realize what had happened at first but the others knew what uncontrolled magic was. Realizing this was potential, her father gave in allowing Darren to stay under certain conditons and changed his attitude about the girl attending Hogwarts though his sole purpose of allowing her to go so that she would grow into a witch in accordance with his expectations, a fact that Elena disposes of and because of this, is naturally rebellious when it comes to family functions and similar events as they all possess the same atmsophere she experiences back home.
Her typical quietness and shyness is a result of the neglect experienced at home that has molded her into this jumpy person that while on the outside, she seems like an typical happy-go-lucky Gryffindor girl, it is her inner self that is fractured and hurting seeking a way out from the iron chains of her family and their harsh upbringings.

ReducioThe Jangletons are a old, wealthy and proud wizarding family that hail from the most reputable parts of England. They are heavily invested in Ministry politics and hold ownership of a reputable blacksmithing operation that crafts anything from crude tools to the most luxurious rings and jewlery. A large castle-like estate is the family home dubbed "The Cottage" which resides in West Sussex. However, they are not without their short-comings and affairs as well as this family has been the subject of much scrutiny over the years as well. They are known far too well in the political field for being advocates of pure-blood supremacy as well as their lavish tastes for exotic heirlooms, some of which are considered dangerous and unorthodox. Each member of the family wears a brass ring on their index finger which has the crest of the family engraved into it which happens to be a black coiled king cobra snake poised to strike with the letter J inscribed in the center.
