inpc? you can get 1 inpc from a different school there is a narrow period of application every 6 months. castlebruxo and mankohoto (idk) is the newest schools afaik

But don't worry if your chosen school or region isn't available yet; chances are one day it will! Staff is planning to develop multiple more schools.
In any case, choose wisely because you can only have one iNPC and you cannot change or deactivate them (in contrast with your Hogwarts character). So for instance you want your iNPC to go to the school for students from Bolivia or Singapore or India, but because you are getting impatience you decide to create an iNPC who goes to Durmstrang. Once your desired school is available, sadly you cannot swap or have your iNPC change schools.
