THis first meeting date is being changed, at first it was taking place in the second years first. so the current first years could not take part. Me and Kim ahve changed it to 9/3/2022. It is that same time 8:00, but the date is now the current year, Sorry if this has caused any confusion!!

Edit: Also, I thought it would take place in the evening and only went in the morning because I saw Kim Sato say that it was the morning.

Yeah, I agree with you and Quinn. The owls should have been sent the day beforehand. Also 8AM in the morning is better than 8PM at night. As 8PM at night would be too close to curfew as meetings have no set time, so students run the risk of breaking the rules and being out after curfew. Therefore it makes more sense for it to be 8AM than 8PM.

BTW the new date is on a Saturday
