Can iNPC’s Roleplay in the owlery? Since me and another person both have iNPC’a who we’d like to Roleplay sending owls, but they both go to different schools

Can they write letters to each other in the Letters area under the Owlery? Yes.
Can they RP in the Owlery during their IC visits to Hogwarts? Yes.
Can they RP in the Owlery when IC their schools are not visiting Hogwarts? No.

Also, we have the school area if you are a die-hard RP'er. So if you have a Beauxbatons character you can RP sending an owl from this school if you want.
