viewforum.php?f=255 <— rules forum. You’ll find broom racing and duelling rules in there. In terms of moderating all sports are in there (broom, quid, duel). Moderation and info are in rules.
Spell DC for a duel can be found in the duelling club under the thread either called or are similar to “Duelling Spells”. If you see a spell that does not have a dc and this is for an unofficial sport - you can always say the wdc is something like— 20.

Just a question on the limits of doing PC & iNPC threads, I have this plot in mind that would span a few years. For Octavia to lose her distain for non-pure wizard blood lines, but it would require someone to be active for a long time. As Alex is muggle born, and I dont plan on leaving him. I was wondering if it would be possible to just do the RP's with myself, or if I do in fact need to find some one that would work, and be active enough.
