Technically not allowed. It is in an environment that has a large number of magically inclined persons however so it was likely not something that could be traced to a specific individual.

Ok this question is kind of strange but I have an account on pfr but then realised it was too hard to manage two RP sites. I have practically never spoken with anyone (just sent one owl) and is almost never active on that site. Is it ok that, after I deactivate, I use that character?

You are free to create the same character on here, it is yours, but you don't get to start as a higher year or anything.

Also, you can't deactivate your current character yet until February 22nd, 2024.
I checked and it said you registered on 22 Aug 2023.
So that means you can deactivate on Feb 22, 2024 at the earliest.
I mean deactivate and activate a new character.
