Hi Team!

I wanted to suggest the ability to flag owl messages. Once an owl is opened, it no longer has the dot next to it, indicating it's been read. However, if a person wanted to go back to an already-read owl in the future (since they haven't responded yet), it could get easily forgotten. I was hoping that an owl could get 'red flagged' like in Outlook emails, so it can remind us that we still need to go back to it if we meant to address it at a later time.

Not sure how this can be done, but just thought I'd drop the idea here in case it helps with organization.

Thanks,
Avery

In owls, in the drop down menu you can do to settings and make a new folder, then you can move owls to and from that folder, just an idea as a workaround, if you have owls you want to reply to you could make a folder for owls like that.

Gotcha! Didn't know that. It sounds like it would be helpful.

To the deleted post in this thread -- Hio is not my full time job.

I don't know if it was proposed before but I will still suggest it,
A forum in which we put some thread ideas, because sometimes we might not have the time to do them, the capacity in term of spell and so on.

I think it could help those that start to lack ideas.

Could you elaborate on this? I'm not sure what exactly it is you're looking for.

Post 1 :
I had this thread idea but unfortunately it does not fit the personality of my character so I will share it here this probably will inspire some people for future thread :
-one character would be stealing someone else's pet because they don't have one, so they feed them with the forgetful potion regularly. However the owner discover the truth (what happen next could be discussed).

Post 2 :
I plan on leaving Hio because of my irl schredure, I won't be able to do those thread ideas so I will share them here for people to use or take inspiration from :

I have a suggestion. Though, it's an advance one, so it will be okay if not applied.
Actually, I want H.io to have a 5th section named "Your Home".
The section will contain four places:
1) England
2) Ireland
3) Scotland
4) Wales
And, we can rp here about our homes and all about meeting friends or anything about parties or personal discussion.
I guess, Elsewhere section will get more improved in this case.
And yes, the new comers, who wait in the waiting list till they come to the sorting ceremony, can be placed in "Your Home", rather than in London.
They may have access to London, but it will be more suitable.
I hope, that h.io will get more votes if this feature gets applied. No stress, you can decide whether it's okay to do so or not.

Since you can buy things (brooms) to give you a better chance in broom sports, I thought it might be cool to have similar items which you could buy for duelling. For example, a magical strap which you could connect to your wand and your wrist to prevent you being disarmed, or a magical pair of glasses/binoculars which could help you see in the dark for those without blindvision. (It wouldn't completely negate the effect of spells like that, or work on the blinsfolding spell, but might reduce the amount of acc/eva taken off in a fumos situation for example.)

Of course, the duelling system is already awesome, and this might be hard to integrate even if the team liked the idea, but I thought it was worth suggesting just in case ^^
