When it comes to applying for abilities, can someone who didn’t apply for a new ability once graduating apply multiple abilities later? For example, I did not apply for Jays 2,3,4, and 5th years and was wondering if I could apply for 4 abilities right now that corresponds to those years. This is also considering that the rules for stacking abilities with prerequisites are being followed.

Yes, you can apply for multiple abilities that correspond to those years. As long as you're not apply for your next year (in this case is your 7^th year), it's okay.

Yes, but there is no guarantee that they will be graded before January, just be mindful of that.
