There is a reason that the special race part is included in the registration form. If you want to apply for a special race, that is part of your registration, please don't split your registration into multiple posts.

What was denied is the separate application you posted, as you are not yet registered, you can still apply. But please do so in your registration post.

Oh, I was talking about my registration on the Special Abilities thread, not my index registration. I had already updated my index registration and added the special abilities part there.

Ah, I see- You would not apply for parselmouth in the Abilities thread. Parselmouth is a Talent, which we consider the same category as Special Races, which all go into registration. It was only denied in Abilities because it doesn't belong there.

I'm quite confused, im thinking about applying for Metamorph, but do i apply for it when i apply for my index to get registered?

I think one of the staff members earlier said that you needed to apply for Metamorph before you apply for index. I thought you did it with index but I think they said you are recommended to apply for it before index. You can apply at the same time but it's preferred that you do before, I think?
