You don’t need any permission! As for what you start with, it could really be anything, but the more common ones are usually Moodboards, banners, and codes (or sometimes raffles). It’s your shop so you could do whatever you want!!

Your encyclopedia page. A part of your Indexing is to add a trunk post. There are rules on encyclopedia and trunk creation in the same area you posted your character's encyclopedia page.

If you want to apply for a special race, you have to do it before 30 days are up from your registration date! Since you registered yesterday, you have 29 more days left before you will be ineligible to do so. You should do it before applying to index but you can do both at the same time if you wish as long as you've fulfilled all the requirements. You can sign up for a mentor too who will help you with any questions you might have!

Not only can, you need to do both at the same time. Never before and never after. Once you are registered, you can no longer apply for a special race.

Oh really? I thought you couldn't apply to Index until you had a trunk listed and finished your ency? Also, so if you're registered in Index, you can't apply for special race even if you're still within your 30 day grace period? I can't remember myself but I could have sworn that I was registered in Index before my PM got approved... it took longer to get my PM approved than it did for me to get into Index.

Or was it because I posted my application before I got approved to Index and then got into Index and then a few weeks later my PM application got approved? Since technically I posted my PM app before I got into Index, but I got into Index before my PM was approved.
