True, the rooms of 3 are all 71.98m2 and the rooms of 2 are between 37.11m2 - 27.88m2, but plz don't come at me because of that. The parents' room is 61.51m2 and the bathroom in all is 50.52m2 meaning the small shower-sections are between 1.21m2 - 2.4m2 so they're small too but manageable.

Second Floor: (girls' bedrooms)
Third Floor: (boys' bedrooms, parents' bedroom, showers)
