Technically, there's no rule saying you can't (there probably should though), so we can't punish you for a rule that doesn't exist. That being said, getting there would probably involve breaking rules that are on the books.

Yeah, right, I thought so. There's not a rule, but we still have problems on how our characters will go. I don't think they could floo there. And they can't apparate either, obviously. So let's just do it in the castle. I'll wait for the other's reply then get the thread up and running.

Aaand I have yet another question. Three, actually.
1) So, I got 20 points for Charms homework, but what I received for my house was only 5. Why?
2) My potions, D.A.D.A and astronomy homework isn't graded for long. Like, it's been weeks. I know that the professors are busy with RL and stuff but...is there some else reason why they're not replying?
3) Can we owl different professors to teach us other spells and stuff we'd need in RPs and duels? How can we do this, if yes?

1) The points received for HW and the House points given for completion different. Your 20 points are just a grading tool used to determine your overall grade on the HW. Whereas since you got an O on your HW that merits 5 hours points. And E merits 4, and A is 3 and so on.
2) unfortunately he being graded can take quite a while depending. You have to remember that there is one professor who had to grade 1-5 lessons and numerous students. This can quickly add up and grading takes time. Yes, this does mean some people can be waiting quite a while, but there is not much we can do about it. Just please be patient with us.
3) we want to treat all students equally and so we will not be teaching specific students specific spells that are not available to other students in their year. You just have to complete all the he you can, keep an eye out for group adventures and stuff like that in order to learn spells.

Now, I had another question that propped up quickly: How can we earn house-points, besides doing the homework?

For now HW is the main way. There are only two prominent ways and the second is voting for the site every day on top RPGs website. You will receive a notification in you remembrall everyday. Simply click it and then vote and at the end of the week you will get 1 point for each day you voted, maxed out at 5 per week.

Other than that there is the rare contest that might be thrown within a house that can earn points, and some adventures might give out points, but these are rare.

There is also not current way to lose points.

1) Is it okay IC-wise to wear common clothes when not in classes? How about in common room, or when studying at weekend in the library?
2) Is there a registration needed for playing NPCs? Any limitations? Dot has a mother, a father, two twin brothers and a baby sister (who's 3 and doesn't talks so...), so is it possible to roleplay them in a thread?

1) when you aren't in classes you can wear whatever you want.
2) There is an NPC registration but family members are excluded from that and the system is down atm, so yeah you can roleplay them because they are family members

I was wondering how can I can add an image on here a post from my desktop? When I created my encyclopedia I knew how but then I forgot how to... I've tried the little painting on the top of the post but it just says "insert". I've tried dragging the image on to there and then inserting the image but it always pops up with a little question mark. I hope that makes sense. Can anyone help me?

The only way is to upload the image to an image hosting site (imgbb, Imgur etc) and then post the direct link of that into the code or the painting on the top, the ability to post straight from desktop was removed because it caused a lot of problems for Zach
