Yes! Many of our roles are both in character and out of character. So all our prefects are IC recognized as Prefects (so please have it make sense) and OC they have certain responsibilities. If someone is not able to meet the OC responsibilities, even if IC they are a 'model prefect' a reason for them to step down from the role (maybe too busy) would need to happen.
