Ice can be bad for burns I think because it’s so dry so can potentially cause more pain. Cold water may be better but I’m not certain

Cold water should help better bc ice can actually make it hurt worse i know this from experience

i would most definitely run the burn under the sink and see how that helps you. make sure that the water is cold, though. i hope you feel better !!
