when the time comes, i would probably be putting a sign up thread, as long as you have an ic logical reason (and approved be me Ooc) to why the very aristocratic pureblood families involved would send an invitation. you can be present. would reckon it may be hard for muggle-borns though. but who knows the reason they might come up with.
