Weird. I hit copy on the link for my finished thread, then did what you said and pasted it onto the url thing in the registration. However, when I click on the link it’s a blank page.

I am not entirely sure what you are looking to do with the link function so i am going to explain all of it and you can take from it what you need.

The link icon shown by aurora is basically a short-cut for the code [url=][/url] and the pop up screen asking for a url is so you can paste any link you want into that code so it would be like this [url=https://slack.com/apps/A09K56QTC-catfacts][/url] so all you have to do from here is between the bracketted codes place a word to hyperlink like CAT FACTS. Example: [url=https://slack.com/apps/A09K56QTC-catfacts]CAT FACTS[/url] and it will make a hyperlink that appears as follows:

If you are looking for the url for a thread, then after you post the thread, just go to the address bar at the top of the page, that is the url to the page you are attempting to link. Then you the above code either hand written or by using that link.

For example Luke, the url for your profile is: https://hogwarts.io/viewtopic.php?f=169&t=27785

You would then either use that link button (I never bother) or typeout the url code as follows:

[url=https://hogwarts.io/viewtopic.php?f=169&t=27785]Luke's Profile[/url]

It will look like this:

This is a question about backdating and Uagadou, would students studying in Uagadou be coming to Hogwarts for the Spring Ball (backdated). If so, will they be allowed to come even if they do not intend to actually attend the ball, but only intend to look around?

They are just visiting Hogwarts for the first time this summer.
