In the rememberall settings, there is an option to receive notifications of 'Your topics/posts are approved or disapproved by a moderator.' I'm subscribed to that but have never seen it done. What does it actually do?

Basically. If you post somewhere- let's use OOC chat for example- and say "Hi! How are you." and it gets approved by a moderator, the post will show up. But if you're like "(bad words)" and it gets denied by the moderator, it doesn't show up on the site. It's basically deleted.
You have all the permissions to not need the above.

If I remember right, this is something left over from the early days of the site, where you needed approval by a moderator to post in certain forums.
