What's Republic Day, if nobody minds explaining? I don't think we celebrate it here in England

It's the day our constitution came into effect. 26th January 1950. We celebrate it with great respect to our soldiers (those alive and those who sacrificed themselves), a display of some regiments of the Army, Navy and Air Force, and a display of weapons. And a flypast of our aircraft. There is also a presentation of medals to the soldiers or their relatives (posthumously, I mean).

It depends on how much time the mod has free. Of course, they have lives outside of HIO, so they sometimes might have to delay a mod, but they will try and get it through as soon as possible after they have received all actions and posts

^ what Lucia said. If they don't get to it for a week and you haven't heard from them in that time, you can politely reach out but they usually will do it by then.
