I have a question about Abilities
So can I submit a few abilities first and the rest later or do I need to put them all in one post in the application? Since I have a few abilities planned and ready but I'm not sure about the rest still

You can’t submit new abilities yet since you’re still a first year.

You can apply for one ability each year. If you already applied for one, any others you submit will be denied.

Also keep in mind that once your ability is accepted and included into your trunk, you cannot change your mind and decide you don't want it anymore. You are stuck with it forever. So make sure you are 100% certain that ability is the one you want.

Hey
I'm currently editing my iNPC application and I had a question. Théo (my iNPC) lived in London until he went to Beauxbaton. He has an older sister and she apparently can't go to Beauxbaton because her family lived in London during her 3 first years.
Would it be possible for my iNPC's sister to go to Hogwarts while my iNPC goes in Beauxbaton and the parents lives in France? I don't know if it's really clear...
Or would it be possible for my iNPC's sister to change school for her fourth year and go from Hogwarts to Beauxbaton?

If the sister has attended Hogwarts, she may continue so. Siblings do not have to go to the same school. But if she changes school, for instance because the parents move abroad, that's also acceptable.

However, an IC explanation may be required for this one - if Theo lived in London, why doesn't Hogwarts admit him?

In official duel rules, if you reach below 10% your maximum HP you are knocked out (meaning that you are unconscious), so I would think that being at 0% HP would easily make this occur.
