Some more suggestions (I'm obsessed with this site so I look around for many functionalities that are not there yet):
  1. Add a possibility to favorite not only threads, but also characters.
  2. Add a "quidditch team player" group that would be searchable in Addess book and add a status label for all 4 kinds of quidditch players and team captain.
  3. List the IRL site's staff somewhere (as in, people who, I suspect, are hired to maintain it)
  4. Add a support information on the main page with at least a contact e-mail for people who might i.e. have trouble with logging in and such.
  5. Make character full names written anywhere transform to links to profiles that have a proper color (house colors + some other colors for adults and staff, maybe purple like on Discord); alternatively add some special [character] tag that does the same

Can I suggest a forum-like thread where students might propose event ideas for the future where professors might look through and take inspiration from? It would be even better if you have a poll for final decision making. This would be easier for the professors and they most likely have better things to do like grade assignments than brainstorm for event ideas. This would also allow the student to express what they’d prefer. I suggest we have a proposal application for this so it would be neater.

Hey again!

Can we please get a preview button for Owl messages and homework? I proofread previews better, and sometimes formatting messes up in unforeseen ways. Sone professors take off points *cough* Valtome *cough* for formatting issues.

Thank you for all of your hard work!

Can the roleplay tags be put to the front? Cause on mobile I can't see the tags unless I turn on horizontal display and flip my phone. And that's annoying.
So if they were at the front I could check if they were PV immediately. Unsure if the character limit stops it but it might be impossible to see tags on horizontal after some point. But I think the character limit prevents that.
The title is fully visible if I tap into it, so the tags are a tad more important since I'm scrolling through for non-PV threads.

Hello!

Could there be a list of all of the possible magical career options once a person graduates Hogwarts? This would be helpful for RP's, and even in deciding which field our parents go/went into.

If this is too much for one person, or the staff already has more important things to do (which they probably do), I could help with the list.

Thank you so much for creating this amazing website!

I believe roleplay tags are written in the title by the authors (they're just '[]' with something in the middle). You have a choice to put them in the back or front. It's something based on individual preference.

That's true, but they can also be forced to appear in the front by the developer.

Hello there! (again)

So, I'm trying to find a date for a ball I'm hosting, and I'm looking for a pure-blooded male. Is there anyway to change the search feature so that you can find out other information about them such as blood status and gender?

Can we have a rule that a text written in sentences cannot go below the standard text size? Honestly the way that some people format their RP and character pages is infuriating in this regard. Why do you people don't want others to read your artsy fantasies?! /rant

This is something that started after the graduation to second year, so I'm not sure if I should report this here or to bugs, but it seems like more of an oversight than a bug. I joined the site just before the cutoff to graduate to year 2 (June 28th). However, I was still waiting for the 10 days to pass so I could access homework and lessons. Now that I am year two, I can do homework, but because of this I don't get points for doing first year homework that I did not have any access to before I became year two. This seems slightly unfair to my house as I am doing homework (turned in four assignments in one day), but I'm not getting points for my house for this effort. In my opinion, it would be a good idea to allow certain students who joined within a certain time frame (like between the middle of June to the cutoff date of July 1st, iirc) and graduated to year 2 to be able to get points for year one homework turned in between when they could access homework and the start of the next school year. I am new to the site, so I don't know if this is possible, I just wanted to make the proper people aware of the issue. Thanks for your consideration!
