Alan nodded, agreeing with the Slytherin. Her everyday life must be pretty busy, since she was on the Quidditch Team. Alan thought that was impressive; sure she did not get to play in every game, but that did not mean any less to him. Alan would gently smile at her, making hints of light dimples appear on his face.

"I hope so too!", Alan mentioned with a sigh, when a strand of chestnut colored hair fell into his eyes. His hair was still kind of short, but he didnt like to keep it too short, so he always had bangs. School wise Alan himself would have it quote a bit busy as well, because he had to study for his classes and he wanted to learn how to fly. Then there was this quest he had given himself, of finding out about that bird Griffith kept in his stables... "We might be seeing another in the Great Hall at one point?", he mentioned, once he stopped getting lost in the mind of his. He would shrug insecurely about that, pushing the strand of hair behind his ear, so that he could properly see again. "So..... wanna walk back to the castle?", he offered with a grin, motioning into the direction of the castle with his hand, "Food should be served soon, I think"

He asked if they would be seeing each other in the great hall and she of course nodded. It was no doubt that they would during meal times see each other in the great hall and things of that nature. However, San was also known to occasionally be found there doing her homework or studying as the open space was much more accommodating for her to spread out. It also made it easier for her to spend time with her friends considering most of her actual friends were not in her house. “Of course we’ll see each other in the hall. I’m am there frequently enough.”

He mentioned food and as if on queue her stomach growled at her. This was classic her though, she would get wrapped up in something that she was passionate about and completely forget to eat sometimes. Sometimes that could lead to her only eating once a day until she had started doing extra practices in the morning. Then she only managed to skip lunch. “Yeah we should probably get back and get some food.” She would turn towards the castle and start heading back that way presuming that Alan would be catching up to her and walking beside her. She would adjust her pace to match whatever pace he seemed comfortable with walking at.

“Of course we’ll see each other in the hall. I’m am there frequently enough.” Alan nodded at the statement; he himself was there quite often. After all that was the place f´where all the houses gathered and ate. Well sadly they couldn't exactly chat during the lunch or eating times, but they certainly could catch each other before or after. It was unlikely, but then again very much possible. Alan shook his head gently, smiling at the girl. "Well then I guess we have somewhat of a plan", he mentioned with a light chuckle, that made his face brighten up a little more. He looked forward to seeing the Santario again, as she had turned out to be quite a pleasant encounter.

As she started to head back to the castle, Alan would soon catch up and quicken his pace a bit, shoving his hands into the pockets of his hoodie as they passed the Great Lake on their way back to the castle. It was still warm so the rays of sunlight where glistening across the surface of the Lake. He wondered whether the Giant Squid enjoyed the sunny weather, as the Lake itself must be quite cold during the other seasons.

"You guys can see the Squid from your Common Rooms occasionally, can't you? Can you take a picture of it for me?", he suddenly asked, right as they were about to enter the castle, looking at her with excited eyes. It was so rare to get a good look on the Squid and knowing that she liked to take pictures this might be a chance he did not want to miss!

“Somewhat of a plan is better than no plan.” She giggled a little as they made their way back up to the castle.  Her eyes scanned the grounds as they made their way looking for perfect places to take photos. She couldn’t wait for winter to come so that she could get some of her favorite places covered in snow. She hoped the first snowfall didn’t happen late into the night because she was going to want to go out and walk in it with her camera. She caught the word Squid and it pulled her out of her winter thoughts.

“Hm, yes we can occasionally.” She hadn’t been hanging around the common room a whole lot but not that Alan had suggested it she wondered why she never thought of it herself. She would make a mental note to spend more time in her common room so that she could try to get a photo of the squid for the both of them. “I will absolutely try to get a photo of that for both of us. It would make a good addition to my photo album.” As they neared the great hall she would give him a smile. “Well Alan it was a pleasure to meet you today and I look forward to spending more time with you in the future! With that, she would go off towards the Slytherin table and acquire some breakfast.

Alan nodded "Me too! It was lots of fun to chat with you!", he exclaimed cherfully. It had been fun, a lot of it, to talk to the girl and he was sure that they could become friends; hopefully soon, he thought. A smile would graze his lips as he waved her, before heading towards the Gryffindor Table. When he spotted a familiar person, he would instantly go towards where he was sitting and sat down next to one of his few long-time friends.

Alan would greet Scott and start chatting with him, catching up and complaining about all the homework they had gotten by the professors in the classes they shared. A sigh would leave his lips as the food was finally served and when he turned around to take a last look at the Slytherin girl, he lightly smiled, before beginning to eat the food in front of him. It was pretty delicious and Scott made sure that the time did not pass by in a boring way by just... talking and being Scott of course. Scott was maybe one of Alan oldest friends in the castle.

Alan couldn't believe that he might be having a picture of the actual Giant Squid in his natural habitat. Today had been great!
