I figure Baikim should become a real thing at the start of Kim's 3rd year. Up until that point we should develop their feelings for eachother each day and hint at things. Of course, at the same time all this time from Kim's first year all the way up until the present time people will think they are already dating and have feelings for eachother - the rumor - but it's not true. Yet. XD
