ㅤ──────────────────────| ── | It was a great question. Hiro already knew what colors he was currently missing on his outfit as he'd kept track of them from the start. Dark purple, lime green, black, purple, red, pink and yellow covered his outfit from the front and sides. Since he couldn't look at his back, he wasn't sure if there were any different colors there or not. "I forget how many colors there are. I know I've been covered with dark purple, purple, lime green, black, red, pink and yellow. Are there any other colors on my back? What am I missing?" Hiro asked Bailey as he checked her out from head to toe, front, sides and back. "Yup, I think you're just missing the pretty orange hue shade." "I think I need a lot of them." He said with a grin and arched a brow into the air. "Would you like to help me achieve them, Sunshine?" Hiro asked with a cheeky smile. He glanced around to make sure Louca wasn't there. The last thing they needed was to be so caught up in their conversation that Louca could creep up behind and spray them with powder! As Bailey threw a handful of powder up into the air and spun around to let it fall down on her, Hiro joined her, getting covered in colorful powder too. This celebration was a great event for foreign visitors. Maybe he could convince Mahoutokoro to do this. But they might not think it was worthwhile back there. Hiro looked himself up and down, trying to figure out what he was missing. Bailey did the same and between the two of them they concluded bailey was only missing orange.
Glancing at Hiro’s back, Bailey saw that he was missing several colors- the same orange she was missing, along with blue and dark green.
Bailey smiled and told Hiro this, saying “It looks like we’re both missing the same orange, and you are also missing blue and a dark green?”
Walking over to the pots, Bailey gathered some orange up and tossed it up into the air, spinning in it.
Turning back to Hiro Bailey tossed the last bit of orange at him, effectively covering a patch of his shirt and a small bit of his pants.
Smiling wider when he asked if she wanted to help cover him in the rest of the colors, she smirked and laughed when he called her ‘sunshine’
“Of course I would!”
Gathering the blue and dark green, Bailey showered it over Hiro’s head. It would probably be stuck in his hair for days, but that’s ok.
it kind of looks like.. freckles in his hair. If the freckles are on merpeople, because what human had blue and green freckles?
Tossing the rest in the air, Bailey smiled as it sprinkled down on the two of them.
Remembering Luca, Bailey glanced around. She didn’t see him sneaking up in them, which was a relief.

ㅤ──────────────────────| ── | So he was missing three colors! That wasn't bad at all and Hiro glanced over at Bailey, letting his dark eyes flicker over her for a few seconds. All the pretty colors were thrown together onto her in a very artsy way and it looked almost professional by nature. Hiro glanced down at his own clothes and realized his outfit was similar to hers. Perfect. A faint smile came to his lips as he watched Bailey toss some orange up into the air and spin around into it. Now she really did look like a ray of sunshine! The orange and red went really well together and made part of her outfit resemble a sunset or sunrise. As Bailey helped him get the last two colors he needed, Hiro grinned, satisfied with how things had turned out here. The event had been a success in his opinion. He'd thoroughly enjoyed it and although it was about to come to an end, Hiro was glad to have made such a great friend. Yes, he considered Bailey to be his friend! Even Louca was counted amongst this particular category, despite the fact that they hadn't interacted or spoken that much during the event, not as much as he and Bailey had done. "Well, it was fun getting to know you better Sunshine, but I should head off and check out Hogwarts some more. Unless you'd like to come with me now?" "Might be fun to have a guide to show me around the area! Still, I know everyone has things to do on their own. Don't feel as if you need to help me out, if you're busy I can totally explore on my own!" Hiro told her with a smile. "At any rate, regardless of whether you come with me now or not, I do hope to see you around more over the next few days! You're going to the ball too, right? Can't wait to see you there as well!" She was so grateful that she had met Hiro, and she would be even more grateful when he help comfort her as her head broke after receiving James’ letter one morning at breakfast.
Glancing at Hiros outfit, Bailey smiled. It was so colorful and fun, how could she not smile.
Once she had made sure that he was covered in all the colors, she smiled as he began to speak. He mentioned wanting to explore Hogwarts more. He asked if she wanted to be his guide of sorts/ something that interested her, and she though ohh that would be fun!!!
She smiled at her new friend and said “I’d love to show you around a bit! And I’ll be at the ball, I’m going with a friend! I would love to see you there- you should totally come up and say hello! I’m sure James would love to meet you!”
Bailey smiled and laughed as Hiro ran his fingers though his powder splattered hair- if almost made it rain the powder- it was going everywhere.
“I should probably head to bed soon- I like my sleep, and if I’m well rested I should be able to be pretty productive tomorrow and get all my homework done. We should meet up someday and eat together!!”

ㅤ──────────────────────| ── | It was nice to be with Bailey. She was like a ray of sunshine and it was always fun to be around the girl, at least that was how Hiro felt now. The others at the Holi 2022 celebration were also fun to be around, although a lot of them had dispersed throughout the afternoon. After all, it had taken place in the later part of it and they all probably had prior engagements. But at least Hiro had gotten to know them a little, which was enough for him. He had a lot of time left to be spent at Hogwarts. So he was fairly certain he'd be able to run into them all again later on. Hiro nodded when Bailey spoke of how they should hang out, eat together and that she would love to be his guide while he was at the Hogwarts castle. Hiro turned to wave a goodbye to everyone still present and then turned back to Bailey again. "I'm always up and about all the time. If you want to see me again, just leave me a note at the campgrounds!" He told her with a smile. "But you'll probably see me everywhere, I'm aiming to meet everyone at Hogwarts before I leave!" Hiro said, telling Bailey his main goal. He wasn't sure if he could accomplish it but he certainly was going to try! How was he going to keep track of everyone he'd met? Simple. Hiro had a special book that he kept. It was more like a journal. The pink haired boy had decorated and made it into his own creation, specifically designed for one purpose. To keep track of all of his 'friends'. Inside were wizard pictures of each person, along with handwritten notes. Full/partial names (depending on how much he'd found out) were written beneath each picture. Ages/years were written on the same line beneath the names. Houses were written beneath the ages/years and the equivalent to Houses were written instead if the student didn't have them. A brief sentence describing the person in question was two lines below and below that a small open space was left blank for Hiro to jot down notes about the person there. With that, Hiro waved at Bailey and then headed off towards the main castle. He wasn't tired at all yet. ────────────────────── ㅤ ㅤ──────────────────────
