Group B: Gryffindor vs Slytherin
The duelling captains have come to a conclusion regarding a concern about Illowy becoming incapacitated due to being suspended until the Levitation Charm fails / ends as well as being without a wand + unable to search for it. The duelling captains have had an emergency discussion regarding this and decided it falls under what we do with the Full-Body Bind Curse. With a player that is completely incapacitated (unable to cast or move really until they break the spell), you also become unable to cast on them until it ends.The following message was sent to the duellers, and is now posted here for transparency about the decision made.
What this means is no further spell can be cast on Illowy until the Levitation Charm ends since she can't search and get her wand while in the air.
Your posts and updated moves are now due by May 31st.

Group B: Gryffindor vs Slytherin
Illowy could have found plenty of choice words to use for her predicament; first she was in the air (annoying), then Walker managed to dodge her jinx (frustrating), now the red-head had retaliated with her charm of her own which sent Illowy's wand flying from her grasp and down somewhere on the floor (infuriating). Honestly, how did she find herself in this position so quickly?
Choice words would have to stay confined to her mind though. After all, the last thing she needed was those cubs seeing that they were getting to her. She needed to keep herself focused on one thing; getting her feet back on the ground and her wand back into her hand.
I was told I was dangerous. When I asked why, they said, "Because you don't need anyone." That's when I smiled.

Calanthe Choi VS Illowy Magnard

Effects: Due to the agreement come to by the Duelling Moderators, Illowy is not available to be cast on until next round since the Levitation Charm ends this round. Therefore, the spell automatically fails. The Levitation Charm ends and Illowy loses -20 Health
Suddenly every one... stopped? Except Calanthe, who attempted to cast but the spell didn't even leave her wand. Illowy was in the air, wandless and unable to find it at all. Despite being in a position of advantage Katrina didn't cast at all. With Calanthe failing to maintain the Levitation Charm, a small thud was heard as Illowy hit the ground. At least she was now able to find her wand!
It was a tad alarming. Willow couldn't help but clear her throat and loudly whisper to the duellers. "Hey guys, not to bother you but there is a duel happening. If you want to uh... cast some spells. Like pew pew! Kinda thing." She made dramatic hand movements as if she was casting some pretty amazing spells as she said pew pew. Sure, it wasn't Calanthe's fault that her spell failed, or Illowy's fault that she was without a wand but surely there was some more action to be had!

Group B: Gryffindor vs Slytherin
Illowy had tried to brace herself for whatever her opponents were fixing to throw at her, though it seemed almost anticlimactic. Choi instead opted to shoot at her instead of maintaing her current spell. Thankfully it didn't hit, but the leviosa still ended abruptly, dropping the snake to the platform with a thud. Illowy was almost stunned there on the ground. It felt like everything had suddenly stopped. Had Walker even cast?
No time to think too hard on it, Illowy quickly scrambled to her feet as their moderation broke the still, advising they recall they're still in a fight, "Workin' on it, Anderson!" she assured.
I was told I was dangerous. When I asked why, they said, "Because you don't need anyone." That's when I smiled.

It worked! They had managed to get Illowy was basically unable to do anything. Katrina took this moment to look to Calanthe and realized that neither of them were suffering from any spells. Her original plan was to use this moment to heal up and undo any spells but it looked like that’s not what needed to be done.
For some odd reason, this thought sent Katrina’s mind spiraling down, plotting and planning and… she totally missed the opportunity to do much of anything oddly enough. Their moderator’s words shook Katrina out of her musings and left her more than a little embarrassed.
No worry comeback came to Katrina’s mind so she just got ready for her next move.

The success of Calanthe's levitation was short-lived as the pressure building at the back of her head proved to be too much for the girl to bear. She chose to end the spell and in a moment of panic, sent a blindfold Illowy's way. Or attempted to, it seemed. Shaking the wand as if it would make her cast better, Calanthe tried to assess why no spell came from Katrina. Did she fail to cast? A glance over told her that whatever had happened, it was behind her now as Katrina looked to be back in action. Focusing on their target once more, Calanthe hoped the stalemate would end here.

It was beginning up again, at least that's what it felt like. Illowy was searching for her wand now that she was back on the ground so she could participate in the duel once more. Katrina and Calanthe were quick to take advantage of her lack of casting and both sent spells at the girl. While Katrina wasn't successful in attempting to blindfold the poor girl in making her search even harder, Illowy barely dodged the cast. However, Calanthe struck true. Illowy was hit with a Knockback Jinx square in her chest, hurting her a bit but not stopping her fight to find her wand.

Ol' reliable came in the form of the Knockback Jinx. Sure, Calanthe would have rathered relying on the new spells she had learnt during the gap between duels, especially that handy fire one. But there was something just too distracting about the snake and that led the Gryffindor to the safe route. Katrina's attempt at souring the snake's search had failed, but Calanthe was not worried. Not yet, at least. Both lions had enough in them to continue this fight for a while.

Group B: Gryffindor vs Slytherin
The sheer number of spells Katrina had failed because her aim was off was atrocious now. Honestly, more than anything she needed to work on her aiming, it was such a pain to perfectly cast a spell only to have the opponent deftly dodge it. That is exactly what happened when it came to the blindfolding spell Katrina just cast.
This duel had gone on long enough, Katrina was ready to be done, she was tired and hungry.
