@Juniper Kelly, yep you do get Wandless as a part-Goblin! I'm not sure when, but I'm pretty sure it's before 5th year.
I have Perfectionist and Beast Master for Calli rn, but I want to get Calming Presence next year. I might get Spell Spread for duelling, and I'm definitely going to get Nonverbal and Wandless eventually.

It does. DC of the spell also increases. So there's cons to it.
