Fun. I have anxiety and panic attacks too. Chamomile tea actually really helps along with breathing exercises! I also do this homeopathic Nerve Tonic too. And oh hey Aliana, I'm bi too!
Also, exercise helps keep your nerves and anxiety down a little too. At least it does for me.
