probably phrased that wrong sorry - lucia is allergic to rats (also doesn't like them much anyway), so she acts nervous around them, is very jerky, that sort of thing, which would probably make rascal not like her much because she's not calm around him
river is scared of loki but loki likes river, it's very funny to rp them. river always just hides xD
