A squib is still wizard blood.
So a squib (who if they were magic and should have been a pureblood, wizard born, or half blood) if they marry and have a child with a pureblood then their child would be a pureblood; if they have a child with a wizard born, then the child is a wizard born; if they have a child with a muggle or muggle born, their child would be a half-blood.
There is something about ambition, how it not only propels you but also defines you.

If you are asking what classes are at the specific NPC schools, you'd have to look at those school lores.Do iNPCs have classes during their time at Hogwarts? Do they attend classes with Hogwarts students?
Before leaving their schools, iNPC students are given x weeks' worth of school assignments and homework/curriculum to follow while they are at Hogwarts. During the Hogwarts classtimes, the iNPC students are at their lodgings or in spare classrooms doing their schoolwork and receiving instruction/help from whichever teacher is chaperoning their visit (often the Headmaster of the school). This means they do not attend classes with the Hogwarts students, to avoid problems with translation, distraction and different curriculum.
