What family? You've forgotten about them, so you don't know you have a family. Ergo: You can't miss them! :D

The mailman forgot to come to Azkaban. He didn't pick up my letter.

Write another letter to blackmail him into getting your letter and wait for him to deliver it to himself

Don’t. Instead, just throw it at the wall for not working properly, and throw a huge fit that’ll definitely get someone to buy new ones for you.

I lose the case, but I’m still convinced that the company is evil. Now what?

We're a crazy bunch. A guy craving on fries with no clothes and no memory of his family. A Muggle who was a wizard earlier and now tries to blackmail the MoM while he's sitting in Azkaban. And someone allergic to fake chocolate suing a chocolate company without a lawyer.

By screaming at them: STAY BROKEN! STAY BROKEN! STAY BROKEN! I HATE YOU!!! and jumping around on them. That's called reverse psychology.

Oh, now Amaya has posted... Destroy the company with an army of evil minions.

Every time I drink coffee, my eye hurts. (I'm sure you all know that joke...)

(That is sadly true... but well, at least we’re all there anyways. I mean, the strangest people are the ones who make life the most fun, right? Right? Right? *crickets chirp in place of silence* Ehhhhhhhhhhh...)

Just don’t drink coffee. Settle for Red Bull. (Gotta include some random advertising)

The evil minions turn on me, and now I’m stuck hiding in a trash can... alone...

But I mean, at least I still have a cool purse! But how do I escape?

Have a feast on trash trying to convince yourself it tastes good.
Edit: After you've edited the purse in, another solution:  Give the purse to the minions as a bribe to make them go back to your side.

I spend lots of time on Hio and don't get to get my book ready for being sent to a publisher. (That is true in real life. So after I've heard your BAD ADVICE, I'll know what not to do.

Go to the company and demand to have you book publish if they say no smack them in the face with the copy of your book. They sound have full knowledge of words you written and would gladly accept.

I want to play a COD but have no friends.

Turn into me, because I don't know what a COD is. (Can someone please tell me?)
No... imagine yourself some imaginary friends to play with.

The publishers liked my book so much when I shoved it in their faces that they ate it on the spot and it was my only copy.

Sue them, and scream at them for ruining your work. Smack them in the face until they cry. Threaten to destroy their families if thy don’t help you. (I think Call of Duty? First person shooter thing)

After feasting on trash and bribing the minions, I ruin the company and eventually take over the world, ruining everything tied to the stupid evil fake chocolate company. And it feels great— but... now I’m bored...
