Why are there dashes instead of exclamation points for each lesson on the report card ??

That means the homework is optional and you can do it in any order. All second years have their first year homework marked as such.

I joined on 8th August and now it's 18th August.
But I still can't access classes!

Are you sure that you checked in the correct spot for lessons? It’s in the drop down menu where you can access your profile and it’ll say “report card.” If that option is not there, I’d say wait until tomorrow and check again. If there’s still nothing tomorrow, you might not get to access them until September? I’m not quite sure but I hoped this helped.

Yup, I checked at the right place. The drop-down menu that appears when the cursor hovers on the profile pic, right? I checked there, but all I can find is Profile, Trunk, Address book and Encyclopedia.
Probably the Ministry of Magic figured out that I'm a muggle and cut my access to the lessons? It's possible, ya know.
Anyways, thanks for trying to help. Maybe it's a time-zone thingy. I'll check back tomorrow.

The closest thing we have to that is the RPG Partners Request thread. You could always post a link to your thread there!

Also, about the homework. You have to have 10 full days on the site so you'll be able to access at the beginning of your 11th.
