You start off with 35 stat points as a first year and get +5 after every graduation. You can choose how to distribute them.

On top of what Opeila said above --- You also need to make an encyclopedia page, so you can actually register your stats (otherwise they won't get approved). Once you've done that, you can add stats.

There's a tutorial on how to make it here [LINK]. Read that fully as it covers a lot of detail and questions you might have.

You make the thread in this forum [LINK] and include all of the information that the first link mentions. (For instance, the basic character post and a trunk post with your stats)
