so I was wondering if I got advanced casting twice, would the critical hit range be an 18-20?Advanced Casting

Effect: A reflection of inherent skill or simply hard work in studies. Spells have an increased chance of being a critical hit. +1 to the critical chance, so if a critical would be on a 20, now it would be on a 19 or a 20.

From what i know, I don't believe you are allowed to stack abilities.

Unless specified, you can't stack. Statistically relevant, perfectionist and evasive maneuvers are the only abilities I can think of that are stackable.

Yup, you can stack abilities but only the ones that specifically state you can like the ones Pei mentioned above! A lot of people have perfectionist 1 and perfectionist 2 and evasive maneuvers 1 and evasive maneuvers 2. So those 100% can be done. The ability will state somewhere that it can be taken 2 times.
