As you may have noticed, my replies are coming out very slow. Also as some of you may know, things happened last week leaving me in a dark place. I am still slowly recovering, and it's going to be a while. So just letting everyone know my replies will come out in a week or two after you post yours. If you need me to prioritize a thread I have with you owl me. Donations I will try my hardest to get them out, every Monday and Friday for iNPCs and on Wednesday every two weeks for first years. For the members of Backstage, I will have a full script and a list of potential roles asap. If you have any concerns, questions or complaints, please owl me. Those will always be open.

Big things happening in the next few months! Pericles graduates, and I'm finally achieving my childhood dream of moving to another state with friends 🥳 This is a life rehaul, with big changes come difficult choices, so I've had to take a hard look at how I spend my free time. Most of it is going towards unfinished hometown business, goodbye visits, packing, and prepping for the new house between working overtime. Until August I'll be focusing on finishing threads, farewell scenes, and doing NEWTs needed for Pear's adult job. Any plots, threads, or themes I've already planned with partners will still happen + take priority. If you aren't my partner, but you'd like to be, this is a last call.

While I still intend to write the character I've been growing these seven years, I think the biggest journey on "hogwarts.io" is a Hogwarts student's experience. I don't anticipate backdating into Pear's school days unless it's absolutely necessary for a plot. Hopefully, he'll be navigating the Adult System through occasional adventures with friends and (((someday))) mentoring future wixes. Madhup will more than likely be chasing Quidditch star dreams. I never played a child character long-term before coming here and it's been an incredible writing exercise. That being said, while I have next gen in line, I'm not hugely motivated to play 12-year-olds again 🙃 They'll exist but probably won't get much love and attention until my life settles. I don't anticipate going for any club or staff roles until I'm confident I have the time to spare. There's a personal project I've been writing off and on for years, now, and forcing myself to step back from HiO in major ways is my only chance at getting to it.
