Since I’m PC a Metamorphagus, my iNPC wouldn’t be a metamorphagus right? Its only the spells and potions that are linked?

Your npc would still know the spells and potions. However your NPC CANNOT be any of the following special races/talents- only HUMAN
Regarding Abilities- these are the following abilities that DO NOT ALLOW iNPC to use them- I'm too lazy to name all of the abilities in total.
iNPC Can't Be
Dhampir
Metamorphmagus
Parselmouth
Part Giant
Part Goblin
Seer
Part-Veela
Werewolf
iNPC can be
Human

Beast Master (disclosed, since I'm not sure... we don't have a pet system for iNPCs so I see this as useless for them)

Depends on what you want to do.
If you're interested in doing certain things, one might apply more than the other.
If it's for rp flavor, it still depends on what you want to portray.

As Kim said, depends on your aims. Also, your character's traits need to be taken into account. For instance, it would be weird for a character who is prone to anger to have Calming Presence, or a gentle character to have Terrible Presence.
Having eyes, but not seeing beauty; having ears, but not hearing music; having minds, but not perceiving truth; having hearts that are never moved and therefore never set on fire - these are the things to fear.
