FAQ — Questions
Would it be possible for an adult character (NPC) who knows how to apparate to apparate from A to B with a PC?

FAQ — Questions
Hogwarts grounds does not allow apparition, there is a charm that prevents this. If you are using an adult NPC to apparate you places, then no... that breaks the NPC rules where you are getting a benefit from the NPC.

Is it reasonable for a ww to be proud of being one? Maybe, but that takes a lot of explanation as they are considered cursed by society.

FAQ — Questions
I imagine it would be viable to say that an NPC guardian could Apparate with you to go on a vacation though, right? Say if they were travelling cross-border to another country (as Pierre did with Mathilda when they went to Czechoslovakia last summer for a week) or if a guardian was Apparating with their child to King's Cross to make the Hogwarts Express if they lived in Ireland. Or would that be a breach of power for an NPC as well? Just as long as the power is not abused as in: "We go to a super ambiguous location where there is known evil magic so that this teenage child can get cursed/has to break a curse."

It would have to make sense and be considered 'sane' to the NPC, right? And then (theorietically) what of Imperio's effects?

7. Apparation - a skill many skilled wizards have that comes with hazards. Even the most skilled wizards do not commonly take others with them for the fear of splinching in transit when there are safer alternatives but when time is of the essence even parents will employ this method with great reticence.

Generally parents would not be using apparation on their kid to bring them to another location (invalidating the players that get this ability) because it is dangerous. We do not care if your parents can apparation as dNPCs but they are not taking you with them (basically giving you apparation without the ability).

This would not apply to Pierre (as he and his iNPC brother will never gain the ability), but what would the ruling be on PCs casting Imperio on dNPC who theoretically has the Advanced Apparation? I assume this would not be viable (for the same reason just listed above that it would theoretically give PCs an ability that they have not applied for), but I believe it could be a loophole that some people may attempt to exploit.

Just for confirmation's sake (because I couldn't quite tell if a yes/no answer was given); if a child was native to Ireland/Northern Europe (or anywhere outside of London, for that matter) and Apparation was the easiest way to get the child to King's Cross so as to avoid having to wait for a legalized Portkey, Floo network (assuming the child is in a Muggle household), Cupboard (again, the problem of getting to a city with the cupboard so as to use it), or other method of suspicious wizard travel in broad daylight; would a guardian using Apparation be viable to claim for their being able to arrive at the Hogwarts Express' train station?

So apparating say from France to England is not possible?

We are not going to be giving users loophooles to use dNPc's skills. If you want to apparate you will need the ability. Even if you have a skill that will make another do your bidding, you will not be able to create an NPc with the skills you want to do that. This is in the NPc rules.

France and England are both not in Hogwarts.

Question! I know for Chamber of Secrets it says you can bring ONE guest with you into the Chamber. So they would get access to the Chamber if accompanied by a Parselmouth. But my question is, can you change your guest? Like if Y1 you brought in Guest A, Guest A would have access to the Chamber with you. But then in Y2 what if you wanted to bring in Guest B? Can you remove Guest A and bring in Guest B then? Or are you stuck with just Guest A for all eternity?

If only a staff member who knows the answer to this question could answer that would be great thank you! Also if it IS possible, who would I contact?

@Kim Sato
Guest is not a permanent role. If you bring someone down to the Chamber of Secrets, they get the guest role for the duration of the thread and then access is removed again.
